We were most interested in a couple of the dishes, most notably the pettole and arancini. We walked up on a Sunday for lunch and none of the items we wanted were on the menu! The owner mentioned how she rotates all the menu items every month on the 15th, migrating between specialty dishes between regions of Italy for 11 months of the year, then bringing the customer favorites back for the last month. What a unique concept! Unfortunately most of the menu items available didn't interest us that much, so we ended up only ordering the tiramisu. Chef did offer us samples if we were interested which I appreciated. Tiramisu ($8) - The owner warned us when we ordered that she had just made the tiramisu around 30 minutes prior, so the espresso still needed time to soak into the ladyfingers. Electing to get lunch at a different spot, we ended up waiting about 2 hours before digging in. Unfortunately due to being kept cold in our cooler, the bottom layer of ladyfingers still hadn't reached the point of being soaked enough to be tender. Another hour or two outside of the cooler solved the issue. An $8 order contains a pretty large tiramisu square, hand cut and fit snugly into a takeout container. It's such a rich dessert that eating only about a third of it completely filled me up. It's creamy, it's tender, it's sweet, it's thick. It's night and day vs. store bought tiramisu, being probably two or three times the richness of mascarpone and cream, although not cloyingly so. The espresso soaks in well after a couple of hours, giving tenderness to the ladyfingers and an espresso taste that isn't bitter or acrid at all. Yum! (5/5) I don't eat tiramisu all that much, but I loved the one served at Pesco. Given that they have different menu items every month, it seems like this food cart is a great place to visit for plenty of variety. I'll have to keep an eye out the next time I'm in town!

It was plenty for 6 people (1 of the 6 was actually 2 yr old and he kept saying 'beast' super cute, he liked the food a lot) The line on Sunday was about 20 - 30 min and well worth, would wait double. You can drink a beer from the brewery in line. They also have Dr Pepper which is the #1 drink. Cannot wait for my next trip back.

The brisket was very soft and the ribs fell off the bone but the tiniest cup of bbq sauce I've ever gotten with takeout was not very flavorful. The rub on the meat was dry and had large mustard seeds. I left the ordering to my spouse and he came back with just 4 slices brisket and 5 ribs - no sides - for $44! Maybe the sides make a difference? Maybe moving here from Memphis makes a difference? When you've had ribs there nothing compares! Either way my vote is an hour and 45 minutes on a Saturday is not worth the wait.

I've been here a few times since writing my first review…read more Customer service is always great. The staff always greets me with a smile. This is definitely a great lunch option if you are very, very hungry for Mexican street food and want to get very full for less than $15. The burritos are delicious and taste authentic and fresh, but they're also so overwhelmingly greasy that it detracts from how good they are. If I don't eat the whole burrito at once-- which is hard to do since the burrito is huge-- the tortilla is so soggy with grease that it's not very good after a few hours. I'm not sure if my first burrito was a fluke, but no burrito has been quite the same since. So, I guess it's a little hit or miss, but the portions are always huge. Ironically, I think they may have recognized me from my Yelp review, and tried to give me a better burritos by giving me one with way more meat, rice, and beans. The reason I loved the first burrito so much was because it had such a great amount of other toppings. I love when there's enough Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and sour cream to get some in every bite. I still think this is a great food cart, and the portions are huge, but I may have originally overrated the flavor a little bit. I love the look of this truck and the customer service and the vibes but the burritos are just a little too greasy for me. I would still come back here again in the future to try their tacos and other menu items.

We have tried all of the items except the lengua and tripa, all have been full of flavor, moist and juicy. The portions are well worth the cost. The chorizo burrito is enough for lunch and dinner.
