This was a problem since I could not use the key to open the deadbolt. I tried to lubricate the lock and jiggle the key to remove it but it would not budge. I contacted A Better Cheaper Locksmith and they responded to my request for assistance. The locksmith was able to get the key out and checked the locking mechanism. It was determined that the lock was bad and it needed to be replaced. This smart key lock was recently purchased at Home Depot. I would highly recommend using this locksmith. They were courteous and very helpful explaining the issues with the lock.

He kept me from hiring someone in town that could have really been there for me in 15 minutes, yet I waited for this fucken idiot...and it wasn't even him it was another worker. I called back and told him it was unfair and that another company was going to charge me $150 and he said he would refund me $50, and he never did. This issue was back in December 2020.
