I'm in the process of replacing most of the locks at my church. My church is over 50 years old and as locks wore out, they were replaced with locks from different manufacturers. Therefore, church staff had to carry multiple keys in order to open doors. For some doors, keys were lost years ago. I told my Pastor that I will get all the locks rekeyed so that they can be opened by a single key. Over several months, I bought 20 new locks and had several other locks rekeyed. Each time that I visited Wallace and dropped off locks, they would have them rekeyed in less a day. If I had any questions, they were glad to answer them. For a few doors, I needed 5 inch setbacks and they got them for me less than a day. I was born in Woodland. When I was growing up in the 1960's, my Dad used Wallace for all his locksmith needs. Amazing customer service, I came in with a bent key for my bike lock. They helped me straighten the key out and even gave me a bottle of lubricant for my stubborn lock all free of charge. They told me if I'm still having problems I can order a replacement key online from the company that produced my key. Told me where to look and found my serial number for my key.
