Bob called me and left a message at the end of the day and basically said was not going to make It which put me In a bind. Bob also said he would have his friend call me which never happened either. A little professional courtesy goes a long way.which I did not receive from BOB In my opinion there is other locksmiths for a better value and reliability you can hire.
