Recently, I came in after having a headache for over a week. Upon talking to a doctor, I was immediately sent to her a CAT SCAN with the word STAT on the paperwork. I was scheduled the following day but my insurance denied the coverage. After another week I went again back into the office. The office manager was so mad at my insurance she called them immediately. She was able to get a conference call between them and my doctor and got it approved the same day. I got a CAT SCAN done the next day. I ended up having a blood clot in my brain. She probably saves my life. I highly recommend this group of dedicated professionals.

And when they did, there was no friendly greeting, just a brisk "Village Medical? Birthdate? Name?" It felt really cold and unprofessional. When I mentioned my hernia issue, they just told me they're booked till mid-April. That's it for me. I'm on the hunt for a new family doctor. My wife already left them because they kept nagging her about her weight. I'm definitely out of there too, as soon as possible.
