The spice is out of this world and served against white rice to balance it out, just like in Thailand. It's simple food but complex in taste, and will leave you totally satisfied and amazed. I was told 1, 5 & 6 were the more Cambodian dishes. Spicy sour chicken (Cambodian style) had a sweet, spicy & rich peanut sauce. Cambodian Village soup was a big portion and was a spicy, rich, thin soup with some coconut milk. Cambodian spring rolls were good: quite peppery, with quite a bit of meat and served with a dipping sauce made from fish sauce, peanuts and carrot.
