My experience was worse than terrible. Never have I experienced such dishonest and misleading business practices. My advice to you is to call your recipient and make sure they've received the product. Buy Buy Baby's business practice is completely misleading and dishonest. They charged my credit card for the order with no intention of delivering the purchase. If I hadn't called the recipient to confirm that the gift was delivered, I would never have known that they didn't receive it and the recipient would never have known that they were supposed to receive it. Buy Buy Baby would keep the payment for the order and let me think it was delivered. They track it in their system as a return. I think a full audit of their books is warranted. After placing my order online, i received an email indicating that the order was delivered. I called the recipient to confirm. They never received it. I called buy buy baby and they said it was delivered. When i told them it wasn't, they said they would send a replacement. Shortly after, i received an email confirming shipment and another email indicating it was delivered. I called the recipient - they did not receive it. I called Buy Buy Baby again who said the original order and the replacement were returned by the recipient! I explained that they never received it. At this point, I told them to send the package to a different address. I haven't received any emails confirming the replacement will be shipped. I called BuyBuy Baby again and they said they will send a follow up to check.

After making my registry with buy buy baby and people spending thousands of dollars with them for that reason, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. They easily have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They think a 25% off coupon that they give out like candy on halloween does any justice for what they put customers through. I RECOMMEND NOBODY USE BUY BUY BABY for your registry and I hope nobody ever needs to deal with them for a return. If you have time read about my experience below. I received a bassinet as a gift for my baby. I called on JUNE 8TH and was told that there was no reason to ship it back, they would just have the defective piece sent from the warehouse. I was waiting on this piece and during this time my baby was born. On JUNE 22ND I called again, my baby was now over a week old and I did not have the bassinet for her to sleep in so I wanted to check on the status. The women I spoke to apologized and assured me that the piece would be expedited and I would have it by the end of the week. Now on JUNE 27TH when I should have already received the part according to the last person I spoke to, I got an email. This email was from a Kevin S, he apologized and told me to allow 3-4 days. On JULY 7TH I called back again and was told that the part did not exist nor did they have a replacement bassinet. I would have to ship it back to receive a refund on a gift card. JUNE 22ND spoke with a women said the warehouse received the bassinet but takes 11-14 days to process. She promised she would call me june 27th To let me know if it was processed or not. Never received that phone call, called again AUGUST 4TH where an employee LIED to me ONCE AGAIN(confirmed when I spoke to a supervisor). Finally spoke to Sharlyn which is the only reason buy buy baby even deserves half a star. She has been putting $25/day onto my buy buy baby account until the amount is reached. For everything I dealt with I was offered a 25% off coupon. It has now been TWO MONTHS since I first called about this bassinet, I have spent OVER 7 HOURS ON THE PHONE and have STILL NOT RECEIVED a full refund. This started before my baby was born and she is now 8 weeks old with no bassinet. Being lied to over the phone and email is Unacceptable!!!! Please listen to the phone calls "recorded for quality assurance". Train your staff and don't treat customers like a joke. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!

She gave us her advice about the stroller we've been eyeing for quite sometime. I mean it's a great stroller but our friends gifted us the uppababy mesa and will not fit in that particular brand of stroller. So we got 3 strollers to choose from- the UB Vista, Cruz and the Minu. She didn't upsell us and just let us buy the Vista.... She gave us time to inspect and feel the strollers ourselves before deciding which one to get. We wanted to invest in a stroller that our child can use for around 3-4years, so we got the Uppababy Cruz. I am happy with my shopping experience at Bebeang and this is one of the reasons I like and support small businesses. They listen and care about your needs. The carrier failed to deliver it to the correct package room. I reached out multiple times via email and only received one response--with no follow-up or resolution. Since then, I have been completely ignored regardless how MMA any times I followed up with them. It is so frustrating to be left without my order and without any real support. A single reply is not enough when your delivery process fails. I will not order again.

I brought my six-year-old daughter in and let her choose the clothes she liked. For both of us, 10/25/24 is a very special day, school picture day. My daughter chose the ideal dress and headpiece to match for such an occasion. We went to the register to complete our purchases after only a few minutes in the store. My daughter selected 9 items to be exact. When attempting to complete my in store purchase as well as an online purchase for shoes I was addressed in a very rude and condensending manor by Sales Associate Hemadri. This behavior was later backed by the Store manager. I am not aware of the store managers name as she refused to provide it. Hemadri throughout my shopping kept badgering me and provoking unsolicted interactions. When I asked to purchase a specific shoe size, she challenged me advising the shoes only came in infant sizes(6-12mo). Meanwhile, toddler sizes up to the size 10 or 11 were available in store. I was clear on needing to purchase a 1.5 or 2 in kids through their online store for shipping. The manager interjected at some point and rudely said they do not carry half sizes. There was no issue for me and I asked for the greater size for the order. Hemadri rang up my in store items and provided me with total. I provided her with cash to cover the purchase. I handed her the money and she then asked how much I was giving her instead of actually counting the money in her hand. Needless to say that my in store purchase was for $346.44. She watched me count out $350 in cash before even handing her the money. I've never gone into a store and the sales associate refused to count the monies provided for the purchase. After she provide my change she walked away from the register leaving me and my 6 year old standing there. I was still waiting to purchase the shoes that needed to be ordered for shipping. The manager and the 2 other sales associates continued talking and pretending to be busy themselves while I stood at the register for what seemed to be another 10 minutes. I then asked the manager who was standing at the register as well if she would complete my transaction. Hemadri returned to the register and rudely stated she did not ring up my online order because I was on the phone. After speaking to me in a condescending and demeaning tone she began to ring up my final order. I withdrew another $100 cash from my purse. Hemadri then turned to the manager who then said aggressively and rudely said that they would not take cash to complete my next transaction. I immediately asked why I was being spoken to so rudely and in such a disrespectful manner when I'm only trying to complete my purchase and leave the store. I have my 6 year old present and the way I was being treated in front of her was very inappropriate. I then asked to speak to a manager in which that's when the rude manager angerly stepped towards me behind the counter proudly stating "Yeah I'm the manager". I asked for her district and regional managers contact information. She provided me with the name Mia Collins with no email or number and Rebecca Randolph's email address. Her tone of voice and body language was so aggressive, rude, and terrifying that it caused my daughter to cry once we left the store. I asked to return my in store purchase because I did not appreciate the way I was being treated. Quite frankly it felt to be racially motivated to say the least. As I was the only Black woman in the store and none of the other Races of people in the store were being treated so poorly. The manager eagerly returned my purchase but attempting to only return a portion of the purchase. If I had not checked to verify I received a full refund she would have allowed me to leave with them having had my money and the products they did not fully return. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Not to mention I've been a religious patron. I'm even more disturbed by the lack of response from the regional and district manager. I emailed them both after having to search for their contact information myself. I have not received one response. I would never recommend anyone shop in this establishment until there is proper training and better staff. It is clear by all the reviews that they have poor customer service and they are nasty with their clients. The company should do a better job at vetting their employees and these complaints should be taken just as seriously as they take people hard earned money. DO NOT SHOP AT THE JANIE & JACK SHORT HILLS, NJ STORE. POOR EXPERIENCE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! THE STORE MANAGER HAS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DISPOSITION AND DOES NOT DESERVE HER POSITION.
