So unsatisfied with the job that they did. I asked for almond nails, showed them a picture and I left with crap. I paid $40 and didn't say anything directly because I felt bad but the more I look at it, the more I hate it, and the angrier I get thinking I actually spent money for the trash that is on my nails. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to head to this nail spa for manicure and pedicure. The place is clean and bright. The pedicure seats are definitely very different from other nail spas. The seats are massage chairs but the pillows lining the back of the wall made up the difference. I decided to do a color gel pedicure and it turned out good. The nail color seemed to be evenly applied. The filing job was done great as well. My manicure was done well. Because my nails were so short that I asked her to file it nicely for me and clean my cuticles and apply a simple coat on. She did just that. read more

I had a walk-in gel manicure, and I have to say that I'm greatly satisfied. The atmosphere was very nice, and the interior makes you feel like you're being treated like royal. It's cute. The staff were all very friendly. I had shorter nails this time, but the lady who did mine did a really good job with what she had to work with . Next time, I will come in with longer nails and perhaps do a coffin shaped gel manicure. Some girl got a really pretty design on each nail, they turned out so beautiful. I got the uv French manicure done for the first time. Busy place as usual. The guy did a thorough job of explaining the differences between a regular manicure versus UV gel manicure and since I am a habitual nailbiter, I decided to get the gel done. The lady helping me did a great job in that my nails were in poor shape but she did manage to work around it and make it look decent. However I felt like she was slightly annoyed with me. The prices are on the higher range in my opinion and after I came home I realized my nails are a bit uneven. I may try another place and see how it is before going back here for a refill. read more

Coco is the best !! I would recommend her in designing anything and I'm very satisfied with anything she creates for my nails.

I wish this place is good for the convenient location, but the employee's attitude is really bad. Whenever I feel like to switch the way I was sitting during the one hour + process ( no more than 3-4 times ), she stares at me in a way that I am doing something nasty. Also turned my fingers very hard during the work. Not sure if it was because she had a bad day at work, don't like the whole experience. Updated review: my trips to this location began to decline after the 3rd time I visited. They got quicker and quicker in efforts to turn chairs and because of this got more careless. I came in for a fill in and walked out with enough space for another fill in. My pinky nail is disproportionate and there was enough space left to see my nail right under it. My cuticles are untouched and messy and where I wanted longer coffin nails, they're now shorter than my liking and my nail underneath was not even filed down. I'm very upset. They charge 28 for a gel manicure where my mother had to correct their polish application as well. Not worth the slight up charge. read more

I usually make an appointment and come during my lunch hour. They always honor my appointment time. Not all the technicians are good but the owner is very reasonable and will work with you if you have a problem. They are a little on the pricey side but I love my gel manicures. Lele gives the best pedicures and gel manicures. They are also very sanitary. A plus in my book. read more

Nico never fails to do an amazing job. Went in the morning on a Thursday and waited about 15 minutes which was fine because I had time to pick my colors. I always choose one of the spa pedicures because I like the jelly and the 10 minute massage. Nico gives a great massage. Then she did my gel manicure and I'm in love. They don't let you use your Groupon wtf is the point of even having deals on Groupon if you don't honor them?

If I could give a zero star I will, I raved about this place before however I feel they take advantage of people that are sick, in a rush and don't understand mandarin. I was charge $12 more for ONE extra coat cuz it was way too see through the color they recommended seeing streak lines. Prices are not that reasonable anymore in this salon at all they want to charge whatever they want. I already have my membership with them but once it's done, I will be looking for a new nail salon. I have been coming to this place since 2016 imagine how many they have messed with me for me saying enough is enough. For people that don't understand Chinese at all, get taken advantage. Like it's flushing, queens not Manhattan shouldn't be charging me $62 for gel manicure and pedicure on a Monday just for an extra coat $32 + $12 extra coat = $42 gel manicure and $20 for pedicure. read more

This lady (blonde hair with blue tips) did not paint my entire nail on both my hands and feet and she cut and filed the side of my big toe nail until it was slanted. Got my nails done with two new employees. I believe Gigi did my pedicure with jelly. I don't think she was familiar with jelly pedicure. I didn't get to pick the flavors she just chose what she wanted and then the water was really hot. It was rushed and I think she followed a different order than the lady who did mines last time. I did enjoy the callus removal part because she made sure it was smooth and last time the other lady had missed some spots. For my fill in I had Maggie. She did a great job!
