Usually the beef is a ground beef, tonight it was chopped steak. Personally I think the ground beef is better for spring rolls and had more flavor but it was still very good. The Pad See Ew was great. I got it hot and it wasn't lacking. Lots of shrimp as well.

My favorite entree is the vegetables with peanut sauce and fresh tofu. I get an extra container of peanut sauce on the side (one ounce). On the pricier end but they do give you a lot of food for each dish. Everything is freshly made, the only thing I could ask for is a little more flavor to each dish. There is flavor on their dishes just not very strong, for example, I can't tell that there's any garlic in any dish I've gotten. But overall they do taste good! Good service and always ready on time when you go to pick it up. They're even thoughtful enough that one time when I was running behind they called to ask when I thought I'd get there so they could try to ensure the food was hot upon pickup. Currently only do takeout (not sure if there's plan to ever have sit down). Parking outside is not an issue, lots of spots in parking lot.

Instead I was served flavorless near-boiling water with some drops of oil inside. They should take this off the menu if they can't do this right. I got only 3 pieces of shrimp, which would have been fine for $6 if it had the correct broth. However, they failed to provide a basic thai flavor.

We ended up finding the takeout containers on our own, because no one came to check back in. This wouldn't be an issue if the restaurant was super busy, but we were the only ones there at this point. As for the food, we ordered the satay, basil fried rice, and pad see ew. The chicken satay had a decent amount of spices and the picked veg, side fresh cabbage and mint, and sauce went well with it. The basil fried rice and pad see ew were both fine, but kind of lacking in flavor. The tofu in the pad see ew was also kind of greasy. The thing I found most interesting about it was how thin the rice noodles were, yet still maintained a good chew. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn't go there if you're short on time or under a timeline. As fo

His food is carefully prepared and comes in a nice amount/quantity. The food is on par with what you expect to get from an authentic Thai restaurant, not tampered with by sugars or American flavors making it stand out above most others. Let's talk about cleanliness--I've worked in kitchens around Franklin county, ive never seen a cleaner restaurant. Not that I recommend, you could eat off the floor below the stove this place is so clean! Staff and environment wise--everyone who works there is so friendly, always helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The atmosphere is great, they have a big tv bringing some of the vires of Thailand which makes it feel all that more authentic and real, like you're there. All right, let me finish up this review without sounding like I'm working for the restaurant. Disclaimer I do not work for the restaurant, I have a process where I only leave a review of any place after visiting three times good or bad. I believe everyone deserves a second chance and sometimes a third. This place has never failed to deliver in my opinion. I would recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food!

This is a Thai food spot but almost like your mother is behind the kitchen! Everything is warm and savory~ price was reasonable! For all 3 items, is was around 30-40, and portions were good! Didn't leave over full, just super content and happy. Very home-y vibes. Meals arrived quick and server gave us the rundown of how it's managed, pay grist and then wait for your order. Seats inside and out but seems like many come and pick-up to-go~ without even explaining, we were given extra plates for sharing. The cook came out to clean up, and she was so sweet and probably the owner or the main chief because she smiled when I was raving over the amazing food to my partner. It's located on downtown main street area of Montpelier so we parked on side of street and walked over. Its a very small restaurant has fee seatings inside and 2-3 seats outside. You place an order at the counter and they will bring it over. Seems to be a popular place for locals to do take out. They have weekly changing menu. When we went they had 3 dishes and we decided to get all 3 to share. Pak kapow was a ground pork with dark soy sauce, basil and aromatics. Very flavorful and delicious with a kick of spice. Moo pad phrik gaeng tua was coconut base curry dish with lots of vegetables, gingers and peppers. Packs a punch of flavor and spices with creaminess of coconut milk pairs perfectly with rice. Tom kai ban was a chicken soup with lemongrass, garlic, scallion, tamarind and dried chilis. Thai version of chicken noodle soup. Comfort food but still have that savory flavor and lots of spices and aromatics. Would be great for when you are sick or getting a hangover. Service was good and staff were nice. Food came out pretty quickly as well so we only had to wait about 5 minutes or so. Price was very reasonable as well. Overall this place is a true hidden gem in Vermont. All the food has so much flavors. I can see why locals come here all the time. A must stop for Thai food if you are in the area.
