Sushi was surprisingly delicious and fresh - including the nigeri. My wife had the habachi and that too was very good. It is a buffet so don't expect fantastic service. Do tip the guys behind the sushi bar they appreciate it. I was here for lunch and there was a nice size crowd and lots of turnover. Great place. Will definitely return! read more

Went there a few times, but the last couple times I went there with my family it was very disappointing to say the least. Bad customer service. I was with my parents, sibblings, niece, nephews and even toddler son and the waitress was terrible. we arrived about 15 minutes prior to dinner and was advised we would still be charged for lunch but when we checked out they charged us dinner prices. we asked the waitress about it and she was the rudest waitress yelling and screaming at us. seemed very angry. I put a tip on the table and she picked it up and said something and slammed it back on the table as if it was not good enough. 2nd bad experience was a simple table change. went with my wife and son, we were escorted to the booth. as soon as i sat on the chair the other side behind us(different table, different patrons) other side went up as if we were on a seesaw. asked for a different table and waitress was not happy. so we decide to leave and before we left we told the front register hostess about the bad experience we had and we are leaving because of it and she offered another booth and we reluctantly decided to stay since we were starving...but never again i will go there. there are better places i can spend my money. read more

Lobster line was too long....there were no more plates..had to wait for that. We had to ask for refills on water. Everytime I went up to the buffet there was nothing to eat...all I saw was empty trays. This place charged 26 dollars per person for seafood night. I didn't even get a lobster...worse place...will never come here again...hint hint y'all need more employees read more

Looking for a good Chinese buffet? Don't go to the Royal, unless you're looking for a Royal disappointment! The food is lukewarm at best and much of it is inferior in both quality and taste. For example, the"coconut shrimp" tasted oily; the cold shrimp had a definite"off" taste like it had been sitting around for far too long; the yellow fried rice tasted like rancid oil, as did the broccoli and tofu. The cups in which they served the tea were chipped. Some of the dishes were dirty. And the bathroom was, literally, crappy, with unflushed and dirty toilets--I gag just thinking about it. To add insult to an already injured appetite, some of the servers were quite gruff and rude. So, in the mood for Chinese? Go to one of the many Chinese take-outs in the area. You may drop more money for your meal (although we paid over $14 each for this Royal mess), but I'll bet the food will be better. It would have to be. You can't get much worse than the Royal Buffet. read more

Usually not a fan of buffets but this one is pretty good. Great selection of foods to choose from. Multiple trips are easy.

I wasn't very impressed the few times I ate there. The food was somewhat bland, salty, and greasy. I guess if you were hungry and wanted to eat at a buffet, this place would do. read more

We went there for lunch on Sunday. It was not crowded when started our lunch. Hibachi was really good, specially chicken on the stick. Sushi was average (they have enough scope to improve) Dumplings were tasty. With all the fried food, you can stuff yourself. We liked BBQ ribs too. Nothing special in dessert section. Ice cream, cookies, cakes and fruits. We enjoyed litchi jello. Value for money: definitely. Last but not least Super rude staff. read more

It was my birthday and we went for Lunch- 3 adults and 2 children. All of us did not eat the same item food. Four of us got food poisioning and still suffering. We can only guess that it was the plates or the utensils. read more

Hands down best Chinese BUFFET I've ever eaten at! I've been to over 40 states and this place is the bomb! Their sushi is also AWESOME! I usually would never try sushi at a "Chinese buffet" but this isn't your average buffet! Great place! read more

Well, i like the hibachi grill and the stuff the guy cooks on it, which i think a tip is expected for cause there is a tip jar there. If I could go back in time and NOT eat at this buffet, believe you me, I would. The second I walked in, I started receiving dirty looks from the staff which was incredibly unsettling and downright rude. The waitress gave me the wrong drink order twice (she never actually got it right, I just got tired of trying to correct her). When I sat down with my plate of food there were a plethora of problems I encountered right off the bat: the rice was colder than the glares I was getting from the waitresses who seemed to be impatiently waiting for me to leave (or die from the rancid toxic waste on my plate, I couldn't tell which)... and there were bits and pieces of other unidentifiable foods in my mashed potatoes and mac and cheese (from the other bins, maybe?) I also got chicken which tasted like slime and had a hair on it that (wasn't mine)!!! What REALLY bugged me was the fact that the waitresses were walking around drinking out of filtered water bottles while I was stuck with the stale toilet water with lemon that I didn't order. By the time I was ready to leave, my blood was boiling so hot that I thought I might cut my arm open just to let out some of the heat to warm up my fetid rice and soggy garlic bread. Almost immediately after I left the place, I began to feel sick. I started to sweat and got very dizzy and just a few hours later, here I am, bedridden and puking every ten minutes. Needless to say, Royal Buffet ROYALLY ravaged my appetite for Chinese food- and pretty much all food, for that matter- and I will NEVER be going there (or letting anyone that I love and want to stay alive go there) again. read more

last night was my first time ever there. a few friends of mine and myself went there for dinner,food was bangin!!!!! only problem was when the girl came and put the check on the table and i watched her after this and she did not do it to any other table except our's the 3 of us are a little over weight being 50 years old females and each having 3 children apiece we deserve to be a little over weight. but anyway we went up for seconds as soon as we sat down she handed us the check and i guess,not sure what she said was in chinese thank you come again.idk.like i said after that i watched her to see if she was doing it to other customers.and the answer is no since everyone else was either average size or a child soory to say my friends and i will no longer be dining there and word is already out with quite a few other friends but im sure loosing there bussiness will neither make or break them i am just sad because it was a chineses buffett finally with great food read more
