Dan, who I *think* is the owner, has been in business for a number of years, and has driven many high end clients, including governors, and couldn't be friendlier or more professional. He was our driver on both dates, so I can't give a reference for the other drivers. His rates were very competitive, and his town car was spotless. I'm not sure if he does wine tours and the like, but I can't recommend him highly enough for his promptness, service, and professional and friendly manner. He will also send you a receipt prior to your transportation date, so you have everything in writing. He definitely receives five stars from this Yelper!

Five minutes before the scheduled pickup time, my cellphone rang and the driver let me know he had arrived. Great! The car itself was sleek and nice, the driver pleasant. I took away one star because I was charged $25 instead of the the $20 quoted on the website for a ride less than 4 miles (still gave a 25% tip despite). I would suggest confirming with the dispatcher the quoted price on the website when scheduling a car. Otherwise, a smooth ride.

I would have this go, but he then approached me on the left lane between 8th and 7th and was literally trying to run me off the road or hit my car, I could touch his car he was that close. This is an ABSOLUTE DANGER TO ANY PASSENGERS HE HAD, and DANGER TO DRIVERS ON THE ROAD, and EXTREME DANGER TO PEDESTRIANS if something were to occur. This is how your drivers are? Aggressive and dangerous? To any users of this service, I will gladly pay for your Uber or Lyft to avoid this service. I have a disabled sibling, and would be furious to know she was in a Disabled Transport with a driver like this. I tried to call them, i asked for customer service and they hung up. I called other numbers associated with this place, nothing. To the Owner of the company, please find this driver. You have the time, You have the License plate and car ID, you have the logs who was driving where and when. Find. This. Driver. Talk to him, ask him why he was like this, is everything ok with him. I understand people have off days, but make sure he is able to do his job properly, because lives are at stake.
