This wonderful lady shows up (early mind you) and packs in our 2 tons of luggage into our limo and off we go. The transfer went absolutely flawless and could not have been nicer. The owner is fantastic, he checks to make sure everything is good and will answer you within a few minutes. They came to our pick up even though we were coming from the east coast after the "BOMB CYCLONE" and the airlines were all *"'%¢ up. I called them a few times with various changes, airline, flight time, landing time etc. No problem at all. I was worried since you never know for sure. I knew this company was good when my wife set up our limo transport to SFO. We had a pickup time in mind, but this guy told us he'd set up an earlier pickup due to a SF Giants game that would hinder traffic. Then on our return trip, a week later, there was a communication mishap which was partly our fault. I caught the mishap when I received an email confirming our pickup, which was a day later than we arrived. I didn't get that email until I landed back in states. At 1230-ish in the morning I called to state I had just received his email, and we had just landed. His response, "Not a problem. I'll get a driver there." A short time after grabbing our luggage the driver arrived. Definitely customer service at its best, and reasonable rates. read more

These guys are some of the most professional drivers I have ever come across. My family and I have rode with them many times recently and they are some of the nicest and caring people I know. Sunny and Tyler are no question 5+ star quality and absolutely know what their customers like. For example, when we drove around and stopped at our destination to look at Christmas lights and got out of the car for 15 minutes, Sunny cleaned and vacuumed the limo in just that short period of time. It is always the little things that make my family and me very loyal to this company as they care, really care. Not to mention, they always stock every ride with tons of champaign, sodas, water, ice, and an excellent stereo system to enjoy a ride like no other. Plus, they take all precautions with COVID, and cleanliness and safety is so obviously their number one priority. We rode with Tyler last night and brought our small dog with us for a ride. We went to Graton Casino and unfortunately they had an issue with our dog being there. Tyler was incredibly kind to watch our dog in the limo while we enjoyed ourselves in the casino. Tyler took our dog out to use the bathroom, gave her treats, and just gave her comfort while waiting for us. If this isn't TOP notch service, then I don't know what is. I absolutely will work with this company for life, along with my family, and friends for any type of limo service we need. The driver really makes the drive so special between Sunny and Tyler.
