I emailed and called the company to book a limousine for my wedding this year and spoke to Mike and at first time we spoke he was very helpful and told me the information I needed to provide for him. I gave him the information he needed and he said he was going to work on getting me a deal which I appreciated. 2 weeks go by and I have not heard from him so I messaged him and he told me that the limo I originally wanted to book was already booked. I was surprised because I thought he had originally reserved it for my wedding since he told me I was in his schedule. So unfortunately I decided not to move forward with this company because I felt as though they do not do weddings. The other wedding review I read on here seemed like they also had the same experience as me. This was our best experience using a car service. Mike is the owner and is professional and his fleet of cars are all new. We just used his service for round trip to the Cruise Terminal in San Fransisco. We choose his new SUV, because my brother gets motion sickness and didn't want to be sitting in back of limo. (I know and he was nervous about going on the cruise to, but motion sickness drugs helped that). Mike and I had talked on the phone a couple of times prior to booking and even after reserving, as I wanted to make sure that he could accommodate 5 adults, lots of luggage and my Mom's walker in his new SUV. (You tend to take more stuff when your not flying and your luggage is not being weighed). Mike said he could accommodate us and all our luggage and he did get us all in! His SUV was full. Mike was very knowledgeable about the Cruise terminal and gave us suggestions on arrival and pick up times. He sent me text and email to let me know that he was waiting for us at the cruise terminal. When we walked out of cruise terminal, he was standing there to greet us. He went to get his SUV and by the time we crossed the street and walked down to end of pick up line, he pulled up. Easy. I just got married a month ago and my experience with Mike was great. It's by pure chance that my husband and I met him outside the Peets Coffee in Walnut Creek and he happened to be driving one of their Limo's and I followed him to the bagel shop to discuss my needs. There's nothing that can stop a woman with wedding planning on her mind. Mike, was lovely and he showed us both the limo's interior and discussed pricing right there and then, which made us very comfortable. When he mentioned he was Armenian, we knew we had to book with him, because my husband is half Armenian too. LOL All jokes aside, it's very important to check the condition of the limo prior to committing to one, because you don't want to be disappointed on the day. Many of the other limo companies we called just gave us the run around and made excuses as to why we couldn't see the cars before confirming with them. On the day of the wedding, we were assigned Ron, as our driver, whom we are so grateful for. He was incredible!!! He not only looked after the entire bridal team, but he refreshed the car every time we were out and made sure my dress did not get stained by the tiers by putting himself in front of it. I was taking some wine making classes at Las Positas and one of my assignments for my Intro to Enology class was to visit 3-5 Livermore wineries and answer some questions about them. When I told my boyfriend about my assignment, he got excited and told me to call Finesse and book a wine tour. My boyfriend and his mom call Mike whenever they need a towncar to the airport (which is rare, but he's never disappointed). Anyhow, I called Finesse the week before Thanksgiving and told him about my assignment, what my needs were and that it had to be done by December 4th, which gave us that weekend and the weekend after Thanksgiving. We decided on a towncar for that Sunday, since it was just going to be the two of us and the next week may be crazy with holiday travelers. Mike assured me he would contact his driver who knows the wineries and set up an itinerary for me. I admit, I was nervous leaving the details in the hands of a stranger, but they did NOT disappoint!! "Captain Ron", our driver showed up, on time, as promised, Sunday morning. He was pretty excited about the day he had planned for us. He took us to the first 3 wineries, and at the 3rd, one of the owners gave me his card and told me to contact him for an internship. SCORE!! After those, we had lunch. Ron was such a blast and so helpful with my assignment, we HAD to have him accompany us to lunch. After lunch, Ron threw in a little surprise--olive oil tasting!! It was something my boyfriend and I would have NEVER thought of on our own! We left Victorine Valley Farms' shop with 2 bottles of vinegrette, 2 bottles of oil, and a bar of cold pressed olive oil soap. Yum! Our fourth winery, Ron saved for last, likely because it has sort of a "party" atmosphere: Tenuta Vineyards. Ron knew that they typically have volunteers, who can work as little as one weekend a month, which fits exactly into my plans of re-entering the winery industry!! All in all, we had a wonderful time!! I got an A on my assignment, and an A overall in the class and would not hesitate a second to call on Mike or Ron again!! A++++++ service all the way!! I met Mike, owner of finesse limousine, at a bridal show. They were offering then, a 15% off promotion if you booked with them and left down a deposit. I'm sorry I did! As time gets closer to my wedding and we go over the verbal agreement we had. He states that my contract with him isn't to his monetary benefit. Due to the times I needed the limo for and also the discount they had offered. At that point he mentioned that if I wanted to stay with him I needed to pay him additional hours than we had agreed on! How horrible is that? Thankfully I was able to get my deposit back after a few persistent phone calls. I now found a PROFESSIONAL limousine company at a much more affordable price too!
