I've now shopped here twice. The first time I bought two items that should've weighed 2 grams each…read more I thought about getting a 7 gram item that was marked at $39.99. I asked the individual working why it was marked rather low, and all he said was that stock was low and he'd have more later on. I thought that price was far too low for that quantity and was unsure who was getting the bad end of the deal here, so I went for the two, two gram items. I thought that the weight might be a little off after consuming the first item, so I weighed the second item. When weighing it, it hit the scale at 2 grams, but it would settle back at 1. (My scale doesn't provide any decimals, sorry I can't be more exact.) I decided to try another item. This item from packaging stated it was 7 grams and I was informed by staff that it was 7 grams. It was also only $50, which I still felt like was a very low price for that quantity, but by I went ahead and tried it. I purchased this, got home and weighed it, and it was 4 grams. There's no way to weigh the items in store beforehand, unfortunately. I called and spoke with someone who said his owner would have to call me back. I'm waiting on a call back from the business to see what, if anything, can be done. I let them know when speaking to them afterwards that if nothing could be done, while I understand that's a possibility, I absolutely will never return to this place. I do believe that's is possible some items are intentionally marked incorrectly due simply to how I was able to open the package. I can go to any other similar retailer and have zero issue with weight. This is simply bad business.

The young guy that works in the afternoon has almost caused me to stop shopping there. He overcharged me and got snippy when I questioned him about the total. I asked for the ticket and he only gave me the ticket with the total, not a detailed ticket. I know he charged me $4.99 too much. If I go back and he is working there I will now leave and not make a purchase there. Looking at past recent reviews this is a problem.

I could see the charge on my statement. When I called, the clerk answering the phone denied this and told me I'd have to come in person. I explained this was impossible and that my friend would be coming by. Short story-- no merchandise. Not a huge amount of money, but not nothing, plus the inconvenience. I can't say I'll never shop there again, since it's so convenient. But be careful if they tell you your card has been declined.
