She pulled out options I never would've found on my own, explained the details without making me feel overwhelmed, and helped me pick out a canvas for myself that I'm honestly obsessed with. I paid for the jacket a told them what I was wanted. After no reponse to email and calls I went in to ask about the jacket. They said that they had not started it yet. They told me they would start and get back to me in a few days. The jacket was to be done by Aug 28 and as of Sept 5th they had not done a thing. They just kept saying they will get to. I cancelled the project with them. If they did not want to do the jacket they should of just told me, instead of just stringing me along with lies. Poor choice on my part in choosing them.
