I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!

Within 24 hours, Roman came to my house, took excellent notes, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He's humble, down-to-earth, and the kind of person you actually want working in your home. The very next day he returned with a highly competitive and detailed bid, estimating the job would take about 7 days.
