    horrible mandap decoration. Decide for yourself.

    Horrible. Do not use them. They ruined my wedding day by bringing left over, tacky crap from their other events to decorate the mandap. Showed up last minute. Poor communication. More concerned about money & overbooked too many events that they could not pull off. There was nothing spread on floor of the mandap. I paid them $4500 for garbage. Nothing as described. Don't use them if you want anything decent. Ruined all my mandap pics and what was supposed to be the best day in our lives. Royal failure at their job. Don't fall for the sweet talk. That's how they reel you in. if you want anything decent on your wedding day these are not the people to do it. You might as well do it yourself. ***only way I'm removing this is if they refund me my money. Still got my contract which can still be used in court.

    Royal Elite Events is one-stop-shop for all your vendor needs! While their specialty is most certainly in event decor, they also provide fantastic photography, videography, music, and more! My Fiancé and I recently hired them to do the decor, photography, and videography of our Engagement Party and we couldn't be happier with the results. There wasn't a single person at our party of almost 200 people, who did not compliment on the how beautiful our stage and hall looked. And as for photo and video, please see the fantastic results for yourself in the attached pictures. Vishal and his team are truly dedicated to making your vision come to life. My Fiancé and I met with them several times to brainstorm different ideas for how we wanted our stage to look on the day of the event and Vishal was open to hearing our ideas and sharing his expert recommendations with us as well. In the end, the decor resulted in being even better than we had imagined! Royal Elite Event's main goal is to make you happy and you can bet they know how to deliver! We would definitely recommend using them for future events.

    I want to thank Vishal and his team for taking the time to sit with us and go through all the details before the event. I went ahead with Royal Elite for the wedding planning as their design plans were amazing and affordable. From the stage to the centerpieces and decor was done very beautifully. I never imagined weddings would be stress-free till I was introduced to Vishal and his team. They did an amazing job throughout the planning and execution. I would recommend them to other and use them again for any events.

    I wish I could give Zero stars because they did a horrible job. I went and showed them the picture of what I wanted and they said they can do it EXACTLY the same and I gave a down payment. I didn't hear from them after that but I was busy running around doing things so I didn't follow up, assuming they will be there to set up and do what they promised. The day of my event, I called them and they said they didn't have me on their calendar and that they weren't planning to show up and decorate for me. After some yelling they said they'll come but they didn't have all the things they promised me. See the pictures for what my stage looked like. Then they wouldn't leave my party until I gave them the rest of the payment and the owner was avoiding my calls because he knew he was wrong but still wanted me to pay. Anyways, you're better off decorating yourself. You don't need stress on your special day. Plus IDK if the pics they've been posting are even really their work because I've seen first hand what they did for my event after promising me a stage exactly like the picture.

    They said that they never hosted my event but here is some proof in the pictures enclosed. Stay away from this place !!!

From the first visit to the hall it was amazingly easy to talk to him, ask all our questions and address any concerns. We had about 90 ppl in total, although we expected close to 120. Tables and chair were sturdy, good condition and clean. The hall was clean and tidy when we got there early Saturday morning. Abdul called in to check that we were doing okay that morning and to confirm that he would be by to check out the sound system and make sure it was up and running for us. There was an evening event right after ours so we did have to be certain of clearing out by 5 so that the next party could adequately decorate and we were able to squeeze by. Abdul was there at the end to make sure everything was ok and got to work with his clean up crew with the hall provides as part of the fees and pricing. There are add-ons that they offer such as the ice machine in the back room, which worked great for us for the price, having the peace of mind that we had ice on hand. We also used the chaffing dishes they offer (extra fee) to keep the food warm, we provided the burners ourselves. I wish I had taken more pictures of just the hall and the decorations but something is better than nothing. We provided decorations ourselves but I know that they do offer decoration services such as a decorative chair, tablecloths and chair covers that I had seen on other occasions during other visits during other parties. I definitely recommend this hall for events, parties of all kinds. Great staff to work with. Thank so much to Abdul and Medina Hall for making this such a special day!

From the beginning of the process, Scott was responsive and worked with our schedule for the tasting. We were able to make a selection from many dishes and after trying their food we were sold! Especially the NY strip steak with bleu cheese! We received so many compliments on the food and many of our guests even went to compliment the kitchen team themselves! The Balinese chicken turned out to be my favorite, but they were all amazing! They made way more than enough food for everyone and brought containers for our guest and us to take the leftovers home. We love not wasting food! With our budget, we were thinking we could only get a decent caterer, but we lucked out with LDV. They are without a doubt one of the best in the business! They catered to our needs and even made suggestions on how to reduce cost. In our case we brought our own drinks for their bartender to serve, which helped reduce cost. This turned out amazing and our bartender, Mark, helped make it a smooth and tipsy night for our guests! Last but not the least, their service was top-notch. They helped with the buffet so people there would be no crowd and made sure everyone got their food in a timely manner and even made plates for my husband and I so we didn't need to take the time! Here's why we jumped at the chance to work with Scott and team: - no problem or request was too much - every email or phone call was returned - they kept every commitment: timing, cost, and of course, the food. Now let's get to the food. Word one: abundance. So much variety, all fresh, some surprises (gourmet jerky with a perfect French mustard) perfectly displayed despite the limitations of the space. The passed hors doevres were prepared on site and were delicious, beautifully served, and ample. For reference, this was a wedding cocktail reception for 30 people, Mid day, I would absolutely hire Scott and LDV for a similar event and I would not hesitate to have a full dinner catered under his watchful eye. Note: Scott's staff were professional, poised, and friendly.

    - I read your comments and concerns however the people including myself that were yelled at,…read moredisrespected and cursed weren't responsible for everything you are mentioning at all. To address this matter even further as far as damages and the venue being left with extensive cleaning, and soiled drapes ( I'm assuming wet drapery, where alcohol is involved) pretty common in your line of business I would assume ) and vomit in the bathroom. How is it the fault of mine or my associates that were assisting in removal, how ? You cannot blame or excuse your behavior of the few on the many. We were guests at this event and then bystanders while waiting for the equipment to be broken down and beverages packed and escorted out within the hour time frame to clean. My issue is regarding your professionalism and being disrespected. ** Luckily I will not post the video I took of you yelling several profanities, lies, and also stating leave, don't bother to clean just get " F " out repeatedly while having your several security guards try to calm you down almost an hour before the time everyone was supposed to leave. Maybe that's why no one else stayed back to clean to your standards after everything was removed. I will not post it, but simply mention it because we're both adults and I'm sure you're aware of your behavior and the goal is not to embarrass but enlighten you. You don't criminalize a bystander for something they did not do. As a grown man you should know better than to scream at women that way even if that wasn't your initial intentions. Myself and those you behaved that way with were not responsible for everything you're clearly upset about. If you're talking about safety precautions, and the usual banter most businesses use to salvage their reputation, doesn't apply to what my complaint is. It is your behavior is what made most of the females in attendance feel unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected. And as far as how long you've been in business for, I live a few blocks away literally, you're not well known in a positive light. Refer to the other reviews with similar experiences in a different context. I am sorry you feel that way, but as someone in attendance I'm entitled to share my experience whether it's positive or negative. Hopefully you can take your behavior into consideration and account for your future clients, and I do actually wish you well. I can understand when someone is frustrated but that doesn't excuse accountability for your actions.
