horrible mandap decoration. Decide for yourself.

Horrible. Do not use them. They ruined my wedding day by bringing left over, tacky crap from their other events to decorate the mandap. Showed up last minute. Poor communication. More concerned about money & overbooked too many events that they could not pull off. There was nothing spread on floor of the mandap. I paid them $4500 for garbage. Nothing as described. Don't use them if you want anything decent. Ruined all my mandap pics and what was supposed to be the best day in our lives. Royal failure at their job. Don't fall for the sweet talk. That's how they reel you in. if you want anything decent on your wedding day these are not the people to do it. You might as well do it yourself. ***only way I'm removing this is if they refund me my money. Still got my contract which can still be used in court.

Royal Elite Events is one-stop-shop for all your vendor needs! While their specialty is most certainly in event decor, they also provide fantastic photography, videography, music, and more! My Fiancé and I recently hired them to do the decor, photography, and videography of our Engagement Party and we couldn't be happier with the results. There wasn't a single person at our party of almost 200 people, who did not compliment on the how beautiful our stage and hall looked. And as for photo and video, please see the fantastic results for yourself in the attached pictures. Vishal and his team are truly dedicated to making your vision come to life. My Fiancé and I met with them several times to brainstorm different ideas for how we wanted our stage to look on the day of the event and Vishal was open to hearing our ideas and sharing his expert recommendations with us as well. In the end, the decor resulted in being even better than we had imagined! Royal Elite Event's main goal is to make you happy and you can bet they know how to deliver! We would definitely recommend using them for future events.

I want to thank Vishal and his team for taking the time to sit with us and go through all the details before the event. I went ahead with Royal Elite for the wedding planning as their design plans were amazing and affordable. From the stage to the centerpieces and decor was done very beautifully. I never imagined weddings would be stress-free till I was introduced to Vishal and his team. They did an amazing job throughout the planning and execution. I would recommend them to other and use them again for any events.

I wish I could give Zero stars because they did a horrible job. I went and showed them the picture of what I wanted and they said they can do it EXACTLY the same and I gave a down payment. I didn't hear from them after that but I was busy running around doing things so I didn't follow up, assuming they will be there to set up and do what they promised. The day of my event, I called them and they said they didn't have me on their calendar and that they weren't planning to show up and decorate for me. After some yelling they said they'll come but they didn't have all the things they promised me. See the pictures for what my stage looked like. Then they wouldn't leave my party until I gave them the rest of the payment and the owner was avoiding my calls because he knew he was wrong but still wanted me to pay. Anyways, you're better off decorating yourself. You don't need stress on your special day. Plus IDK if the pics they've been posting are even really their work because I've seen first hand what they did for my event after promising me a stage exactly like the picture.

They said that they never hosted my event but here is some proof in the pictures enclosed. Stay away from this place !!!

This is by far the most unprofessional vendor I have ever hired. We used them for our event and they are liars and scammers. We were promised to receive a copy of our photos and videos upon job completion. It has been almost 5 months and we are still waiting on this. The owner himself Vishal is a liar and will not keep his promises. The process of getting them to complete the job correctly was very stressful for my Fiance and I. There was so much miscommunication throughout their team that it ended up being more work for us than we expected. We should not have to get on multiple calls to correct your mistakes. We are still going back and forth with them on getting copies of our photo/video which we had signed a contract for. I highly recommend you go with another company. read more

-Attached proves of conversations, see google link , read full review : Beware of VISHAL. He will chase you only for money and then he would not be seen after that. My suggestion, if you are working with him, pay him after he finishes his job, because he will always fail and disappoint you. According to their contract, they promise the manager of the Royal elite will work with you throughout your planning phase and what you get is not even 10% of it. Communication - 1/10 Cutting edge Technology - 0/10 Decoration - 7/10 Photography - 6/10 Their team work - 2/10 Process, planning and followups - 0/10 (painful , unresponsive, not reachable, unethical) Review: We regret working with Royal Elite Events for our event held on June 18, 2023, in Bristol, RI. Despite our clear contractual agreement, Vishal (Manager) and his team failed to deliver on their commitments, resulting in significant disruptions to our event. According to the contract, we expected Royal Elite Events to provide decorations, a DJ, a photographer, and a working projector screen setup. However, throughout the entire event, their team was unable to make the projector screen work due to the absence of the complete setup. Shockingly, they had forgotten to bring their own laptop, which is an essential component of this setup. Shortly before the event, we received a call from Vishal's team requesting us to provide our personal laptop, despite no such requirement being mentioned in the contract. Despite our cooperation, their team was still unable to make the setup function properly, resulting in severe negative consequences for our event. One of his team member knocked down my Macbook and the corner of the screen got a dent. We paid Vishal $5000 in totoal and $500 for the projector screen setup service, which remains unfulfilled as a direct breach of the contract. We have made multiple attempts to reach out to Vishal, seeking a resolution and highlighting the issue. However, his response has been alarmingly inadequate. He has consistently avoided our calls, neglecting to provide any concrete solutions for this unfulfilled contract. Working with him has caused immense stress and consumed a significant amount of our time. We have filed reports with NY consumer protection, Better business bureau and also with an State attorney because we believe we are not the only one who might experienced this, there might be people like us who might have and will face these issues with Royal elite event. We believe Vishal and his team are involved in unethical practices within the service industry by failing to fulfill their obligations towards their clients. In his email, Vishal explicitly stated his reluctance to provide refunds, even in cases where the contractual agreement remains unfulfilled. It is crucial that they either fulfill their promises outlined in the contract or work together with the client to address the concerns and reimburse the payment for the unmet contractual obligations. Vishal is unprofessional and a cheat he messed up my whole holud event, was unreachable and wasted too much of my energy. he has no respect for your big day and just wants your money. He rudely texts you "HAND ME THE CHECK RN" month before my event. I wish i never paid my second half till AFTER my event. After he got my money he was nowhere to be found. His clueless team was setting up till the end of my holud. Truly pathetic. he gave fake apologies and pulled the same crap at my reception. he gave us something we didnt even request even after having multiple meetings and phone calls with him. HE COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME PROPER BOUQUETS! I provided clear instructions and pictures to follow and was asking for designs he has already created! turns out his whole instagram is full of fake stolen pictures from other decorators. HE IS A SCAMMER! on my reception day, he clearly gave me a floral piece that was meant for a CASKET!!! my family and i were rearranging all the flowers on my big day. read more

Vishal and his team helped me transform a spare bedroom in my home into a prayer room. My decor with crystals and drapes were all.permanent and finding a person to come way out to customize this for me was tough. Within a day or so Vish as l responded to my plea for help to redecorate the room. I told him what I needed and he delivered. His team were fast and friendly and professional. Do not use. Vishal is terrible. He says one thing and does another. He says yes to everything and when it comes time to get things done he is nowhere to be found nor does he answer his phone unless its to collect money. My entire experience with royal elite sucked. I ended up doing most of the work that I paid them to do myself bc they weren't getting it done. They made my wedding experience a disaster. They overbook and are short staffed and then get upset with you and yell at the customer when they are unable to complete the job. Spare yourselves the headache and do not use royal elite. There is nothing royal or elite about them. read more

From the first visit to the hall it was amazingly easy to talk to him, ask all our questions and address any concerns. We had about 90 ppl in total, although we expected close to 120. Tables and chair were sturdy, good condition and clean. The hall was clean and tidy when we got there early Saturday morning. Abdul called in to check that we were doing okay that morning and to confirm that he would be by to check out the sound system and make sure it was up and running for us. There was an evening event right after ours so we did have to be certain of clearing out by 5 so that the next party could adequately decorate and we were able to squeeze by. Abdul was there at the end to make sure everything was ok and got to work with his clean up crew with the hall provides as part of the fees and pricing. There are add-ons that they offer such as the ice machine in the back room, which worked great for us for the price, having the peace of mind that we had ice on hand. We also used the chaffing dishes they offer (extra fee) to keep the food warm, we provided the burners ourselves. I wish I had taken more pictures of just the hall and the decorations but something is better than nothing. We provided decorations ourselves but I know that they do offer decoration services such as a decorative chair, tablecloths and chair covers that I had seen on other occasions during other visits during other parties. I definitely recommend this hall for events, parties of all kinds. Great staff to work with. Thank so much to Abdul and Medina Hall for making this such a special day!

To address this matter even further as far as damages and the venue being left with extensive cleaning, and soiled drapes ( I'm assuming wet drapery, where alcohol is involved) pretty common in your line of business I would assume ) and vomit in the bathroom. It is your behavior is what made most of the females in attendance feel unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected. And as far as how long you've been in business for, I live a few blocks away literally, you're not well known in a positive light. Refer to the other reviews with similar experiences in a different context. I am sorry you feel that way, but as someone in attendance I'm entitled to share my experience whether it's positive or negative. Hopefully you can take your behavior into consideration and account for your future clients, and I do actually wish you well. I can understand when someone is frustrated but that doesn't excuse accountability for your actions.

Avoid Royal Elite Decorator! Save yourself the anguish and distress you'll undoubtedly face if you choose Royal Elite Decorator. The level of incompetence exhibited by this company, particularly by Vishal, is nothing short of outrageous. From the start, brace yourself for a slew of problems. They shamelessly upcharge while delivering barely half of what you paid for. Our bill came to the substantial amount of $24,000, yet essential items were missing or they just stopped caring what we actually wanted and had specified in our contract once they got paid. They even decided not to show up to decorate our welcome dinner which we had listed in our signed contract and already paid for beforehand. We never got an explanation of why they did not show up. Vishal operates this company like a headless chicken, clueless and utterly out of his depth. The decor is tacky and laughably low quality, more suitable for a garage sale than a wedding. To top it off, he didn't even manage to deliver the backdrop on time! Instead, as chaos unfolded, he was outside spray-painting decor just one hour before the event started. The linens and napkins we specifically asked for and had listed in the contract were never delivered. Their decor team showed up multiple hours late for each event, leaving the hotel staff to scramble and pitch in as best they could. It's clear that Vishal never bothered to inspect the venue beforehand, which was an hour away from his office in New Jersey. It was train wreck after train wreck, exactly what we didn't need during our wedding weekend. You deserve better than Royal Elite Decorator, please look elsewhere. read more

What can we say? Where do I begin? We absolutely loved our decor. We wanted something different for every event - fun, colorful and glittery for our sangeet, lush, colorful and elegant for our ceremony and posh and crystals for our reception. Vishal, You and your team delivered on all events! I knew I wanted to book Royal Elite Wedding Center from the very beginning. From what I had looked at online, their work was very fashion forward compared to the typical 'indian' weddings you see. I think if you are looking for something that pushes the envelope, you should go with Royal Elite Wedding Centre. Even if you do want something traditional, they do the decor in such a way that it still feels fresh and beautiful. I think what stood out to me most was the fact that their team genuinely takes interest in who you are as a couple and works with you (so you can be as involved or not involved as you want) and makes creative suggestions based on your wants and Budget. Great service! A friend of mine recommended Vishal to do some decorations for our tents for my wedding. We came into his office and he showed us a few ideas and within the same day we decided to move forward with his team's services. They came a few days before our wedding started to set up and were comfortable leaving up decorations longer since the wedding festivities lasted a few days. Everything came out great for the tent decorations! We even asked him to put some additional last minute decorations four days before the reception at our hall and they were able to accommodate that too. We booked them for our reception and what stood out was how organized they were. They had everything packed and set up quickly, and the hall looked completely different within just a couple hours. We approuched them for wedding flowers , after meeting them found out that they do all services , we booked limo , photography and wedding and reception flowers in our budget , if would have gone to different vendors for these services we would have been end up paying a lot more , Floral arrangements was extraordinary.
