My regular spot to pick up some potato wedges, chicken, or a red box movie. Friendly staff. Always clean and quick to complete your orders.

There used to be several Santonis markets around Baltimore. I think this is the last remaining…read morelocation, and the only one I can remember visiting. Though my grandmother used to love and shop at the long closed dundalk location, so I grew up with Santoni's. Oddly enough, if I look out my apartment window, I can see the building where the dundalk store once resided. We needed a pie, because it was pi day. In the past, Jeremy and I have visited much larger, chain grocery stores on pi day, we've come up empty-handed. Santoni's did not disappoint. We got a gorgeous lemon meringue pie, and it was discounted several dollars, which made it all the sweeter. The store is small, but clean with an air about it that suggests that the owners are proud of it. They should be.

Come for the made-to-order deli counter; it's worth traveling out of your way. If you order in…read moreadvance, you do not have to wait. If you are waiting, browse the aisles for excellent made-on-premises baked goods and a variety of pantry staples different and more upscale than found in conventional grocery stores. There is no place to sit down and eat; maybe Santoni's missing a bet through this decision? Yes, Santoni's will separate you from your money (an Oatmeal canister is double the cost found in a full-sized grocery), but you will be happy with anything they make here from scratch, and your stomach will be too. In the past they also have done a top-notch job with catering orders. If you are ordering an office lunch, look no further!

As Wegmans go, this store is just as organized and stocked as the rest. I love Wegmans but there's…read morenot one close to my house so this is the one I come to when I'm at my partners. We were here to pick up last minute goods for a graduation party. But let's talk about the little sandwiches and rolls they made in the catering department. Those things were delicious! They put them together to perfection, they were ready on time, and they were delicious! We had steak, chicken, and tuna salad little sandwiches on croissants. I'm definitely going to order from Wegmans again, especially those items. They were perfect! But back to the store itself. They will pretty much have everything you need. They have some of my favorite items like frozen jasmine rice in individual packets. You can get them in white or brown. They're both delicious. I also love the frozen vegetables. They have the best selection of frozen vegetables. Especially frozen spinach. Most grocery stores only give you the champ. Spinach, Wegmans will give you the whole leaf frozen spinach. I love that. And their quinoa cakes are divine. They're frozen vegetables and foods. Selection is top notch!

It ended up being about $35 for lunch for 2 which is like restaurant prices. Either way, the food was tasty and I liked being able to sit at the tables outside.

The head of Customer Service needs remedial training and attitude adjustment. We would NOT give that person any positive recommendation. That individual claimed to be the manager, when asked, which was a misleading answer to a direct question. Due to poor Customer Service we received from Customer Service and the Acting Store Manager, we decided to leave and shopped down the street at Giant Food. We had a wonderful shopping trip there. Too bad Weis lost out on a big order. Time for our allegiance to change. Isn't it funny that due to two subpar "management" employees that a customer switches to buying groceries from a neighboring store. Our conclusion is that Weis must have low standards in selecting and hiring management employees, including promoting current Weis employees into management positions.

Since I have some time to kill I figured I would head up the street to grab some fruit from WEIS. I have never been to this location before but you pretty much know what to expect from a chain grocery store. This location seemed a bit smaller than most others I have been two. I noticed they didn't have too many carts by the entrance. It didn't really bother because I was o my getting a few things that I could carry by hand but I could see how it would be inconvenient if I had a big shopping trip. Selection of fruit was so so. Not many strawberries out and what they had didn't look all that great. They were on sale but two get one free but I was only able to find one back that was acceptable. I grabbed some blue berries as well then I was out. There was only one cashier available and that line had three people waiting. Lucky 5 out of their 6 self check out registers were open. I had no issue scanning my items and leaving within a few minutes. I noticed on my receipt that I earned 21 rewards points. However there rewards program is not easy to use and I haven't never redeemed any points. I do t even know what I can redeem for. They do need to do a better job explaining the program. Over the store was average at best. May stop back to kill time again but wouldn't make it my regular grocery store.

Since I do almost all of the grocery shopping for my household, I knew where prices were really fantastic versus not so much. But overall I found great buys here and I plan to sign up so that I will get an even bigger discount the next time. They don't have everything like with a big grocery store but what they do have is fantastic. You can also buy clothing here and other things that your mainstream stores don't have. I came here not long before they close so I didn't have a lot of time to look around but I plan to come back soon and I highly recommend coming here and seeing if you like it as much as I did.

They did not end up having the burgers so I just perused the store seeing if I would come across anything else that I would buy and I did not. I know the word "bargain" is in the name but it definitely gave off bargain basement like this store receives the items that don't do well in other big box stores. I did not purchase anything as I was not super impressed, the star ratings are for its neat & clean appearance, seems organized fairly well, they did have some rare brands that might be hard to find in the regular grocery stores. Don't think it was the bestest decision to sit it that close to Target but hopefully they will develop their own fan base of loyal customers. It was just okay and depending on how desperate my situation I may try them again out of necessity.
