I came into the store with a visibly empty Royal Farms bag & was told I had to leave it at the front... mind you it's 12 a.m & i'm 1 of 2 customers. Anyway, I walked & put my bag on the counter at the register and this broad had the nerve to put my empty bag on the floor.... we're expected to carry all of our items around the store in our hands smh. What's the point of Royal Farms selling re-usable bags if you can't go in the store with them?? This is why I stick with Wawa. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Bob off the employees give the slightest care about customer service. I asked for napkins and without even looking up to face me, one employee replied "If they're not in the dispenser, we're out". The problem is, I've been here plenty and there are NEVER napkins in the dispenser. You always have to ask for them so this guy basically just blew me off. There's no receipt paper for you to be and to print out your hot food order and then ring it up at self checkout. 1 of the 3 self checkout machines is completely broken. Of the other 2 machines, only one could take cash and the card reader on the other one BARELY works, sometimes. Just checking out and paying for your stuff here was such a hassle. 3 customers in line gave up and left without buying anything. I was on a long drive and needed a Tesla charging station so my car brought this palace up as an option. This place is pretty popular because only one station was free when I got there (and I saw another car pull up later) and one of the spots was definitely taken up by a non Tesla ..not sure if/how they could enforce this though. Needed a snack so I went into the convenience store. Was staff shouting with a joking with each other (wearing masks under their Chins). I figured I could use some caffeine, please just skip the coffee. Grabbed a croissant/egg/cheese sandwich. All the payment portals were self serve only - this would be fine if they all just didn't work. I think when I was there, there were 3 it 4 portals and every one of us needed help with something (guy next to me the machine wouldn't take cash, for me there was no code for the sandwich, on the other side of me the screen just wouldn't advance...things like that). We all needed staff to come help. All that being said, location is convenient. Easy to get back on the highway but definitely not my preferred. read more

No one wants to help you. No greeting. Very cold. Leave customers unattended while communicating amongst other employees. Then interact with you without eye contact. Unwilling to respond to customers saying thank you. This was the worst experience I ever experienced at royal farm. Waited 10 minutes with no customers ahead of me just to get service or to leave the store. read more

I visited this location yesterday and ordered a breakfast burrito. I went and selected my drink and waited. I heard the young lady preparing food calling out order numbers that were after my number 481. I asked if mine were ready and she said no and went in the back to discuss with the young man how she hate when people ask her dumb shit. Ignorant and ghetto is the understatement. Amother lady had asked her a question and she ignored her, never making eye contact then finally answered her. The lady and myself were discussing how unprofessional and disrespectful and ignorant she was. The lady revealed that she and the RF employee had words before because of her nasty disposition. She was now calling number 500 still no sight of my order. I walked over to the register and explained to the cashier what had happened and requested and refund. She was apologetic for her employees/coworker's behavior and refunded my money. I will never come to this store again. A good manager would have refunded the money and went and made the sandwich for me at no cost and dealt with her accordingly. She was slender in build, brown skin and the epitome of Ignorance. I love Royal farms so before passing I wanted to stop in and grab some food. I got 2 chicken sliders & my boyfriend got 2 chicken sliders. Get all the way home to eat them, take the first bite and it's as SALTY AS THE OCEAN!!! we literally coughed off that first bite!! Not to mention we were going to share with our baby boy (who can eat table food), so glad we didn't! We went at 11 or so! You guys should ease up on the seasonings, you literally could kill someone. We did not finish the sandwiches! My boyfriend took one more bite & couldn't swallow it, no exaggeration! Literally could not take another bite and did not eat the other one at all. A waste of damn money. Thank God I don't have high blood pressure and I hope everyone that brought that food is healthy because this is unacceptable and I'm only in my early 20s and that was too salty for me! read more
