Ugh! Stopped to fill gas and there was a guy idling with a supped up car and it was so loud as he left and then a loud siren started going off so I headed inside. I got a couple of hard-boiled eggs and they rang up for more than the tag on the shelf and the piece of cheese had no price marked. ranged up for 2.19, which is pretty expensive. Not as much selection in the store as other Royal Farms. Saw you could free air for tires. And the machine just didn't seem to work and as I was trying to get it to work a fire truck went by with sirens. A very noisy place. read more

My son who is an autistic employee there gets ridiculed on the daily. Not allowed to clock out for over 20 minutes past his clock out time while the ride waits in the parking lot while other employees walk out right on time. And then he gets fired over standing up for himself when he is called a retard continuously over buying aggressive co-worker not a boss mind you who slams things around in the building causing a ruckus and making my son finally stand up for himself and then my son gets fired the next day. Also found out that when you work over 40 hours they take your clock back to 39.5 because God forbid they actually pay you the legal rate of overtime. Do not go to Royal farms I'm so glad they're opening a Wawa across street they're going to lose all their business and they're going to fail. This is also the Royal farms in Felton delaware. Were they just had a new manager and last month for that specific store whose name is Selena and apparently a lot of employees have walked out and quit because of her. How can you run a business with no workers? I I'm a sole proprietorship of my own business some of your employees have worked for me. You don't know how to treat your employees you don't know how to run a business. And you certainly don't know how to be diplomatic and fair in conflict resolution between coworkers. Ordered 2 Chesapeake style chicken sandwiches, but both were not fully heated and were cold toward the center. Taste wise they were good but not worth $6.99 each, even if they were fully hot. At their best they would have been worth $4 each, maybe $5 if I am being generous. read more

Way better them 7-eleven. So I've only seen them up here in the Maryland, Delaware area but I guess they're all over the east coast. They're pretty nice, all with huge signs lighting up the sky at night telling travelers we're 24 hours for your convenience. Inside is just like a quick convenient store with everything you need for a quick meal or snack. I guess their selling point is they sell one of the best fried chicken in the state. Prices seem to be reasonable. There's ATMs and clean restrooms unlike 7-elevens. Overall four stars. One of the best gas stations I've ever been too. The chicken was on the dry side and it tasted like an employee fried their fish lunch in there. So please Royal Farms of Felton change your oil. This is the first time I have had a non 5star review. Yes this is advertised as having the BEST chicken, I have to say, that is a MIGHTY claim. I ordered a sandwich with chicken, had to test this out. I have to say, it was very very good, but some of the sandwich-made chicken seems to have a little more deep-fried content than chicken, I would be pressed to say the best, but certainly has a unique and delicious taste, so certainly a contender. This was my first stop in my soon to be hometown when I arrived to Delaware, and I had never been to the house I now live in. Customers being asked of my address at 5:0 AM were amazingly polite, and this Royal Farms is HUGE, clean, and accommodating. Every single time I have been here, I have been met with generosity, out-of-your-way-for-you service by all the employees, and it has always been convenient. Hard to say more that you would want when you can get it here - a great place to load up on gas as well before heading south to the beaches. read more

I stopped to buy chicken, unmarked car parked next to store, I put air in my tire, nice man told me my tail light was out, I thanked him and fixed it. I noticed I forgot my wallet. As I pulled out ,I was followed and pulled over 50 ft. From the store. Now you tell me, are the royal farms customers being targeted in Felton. Sold me rancid chicken tenders. When I called to complain I was advised that I am a liar and their people are trusted and wouldn't sell old meat. I was also told and I quote "I take food very serious, we don't mess around with that shit". The carwash is a joke. I purchased it along with a gas fill up. There was no resemblence of soap being applied during the wash cycle so the end result was my car looked like someone smeared dirty water all over it. I was in a hurry to get to work so I didn't have time to ask for a refund. They don't maintain it, so don't use it. read more

Royal Farms is an oasis for vacationers on the long drive to southern beaches. We've visited these all along the Delmarva Peninsula. Gas, good mini marts, and most important of all, clean bathrooms. read more
