A lady in the office who was rude form the start stated they would call to set up a time for service. They never called, one morning a tech just showed up and called from our driveway. After a week they didn't call, so my wife called in and was instructed that they would call to schedule a day. They did the same thing again calling from our driveway. The service tech was frustrated/annoyed that we were unavailable when I talked to him on the phone. I called into the store and was told I had to speak with the service manager but he was away from his desk. 5 hours later he called back. His name was Gary, who is by far the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken to. After explaining my frustrations with this process now taking almost three weeks he started talking over top of me and down to me. He would not let me say a word and started to yell at me and then he hung up on me so I called him back and he said to me, "we can do this all night." Asked to speak with the owner and then he told me he was the owner and hung up. Do not go to this place or call them they all have horrible customer service, which is driven and taught by the owner.
