I wasn't expecting a miracle, but my car needed detailing badly. It was super easy to make an appointment and after 2.5 hours Drew had my car sparkling clean like it was brand new. I was honestly in shock. My interior is tan and there were several stains I was sure were there forever that he got out. Super reasonable pricing, he comes to you, and is a master of his craft. I had stains on the seats and the dashboard was pretty terrible. When he was done, I was relatively happy with the work he did. I could tell he worked hard and even gave him some cookies and a tip as a thank you. Here's my complaints: He quoted me an estimate of 100, and then told me once he drove all the way there that it would actually be 160. I felt upset he didn't tell me that before, or even explain his pricing layout. He apologized for that. Secondly, he told me he forgot his lamp to illuminate cars at night, so without my knowledge or consent, he started my car and let it run for at least 2 hours so he could use my dome light without killing my battery. I had bought that car a few days before and was unsure if it had any temperature issues. Thankfully my car didn't overheat. I ended up providing him a professional headlamp so he wouldn't use my cars engine but he didn't turn it off. At this point, he had been at my house for around 3.5 hours and I just wanted it to be done. It was only a 4 door Saturn, nothing big. The car looked excellent and very clean, however some of the stains he couldn't get out because he was only using liquid cleaning products, not a steamer. He practically pleaded with me to write a good review for him and his family, but the thought of him leaving my car idling for that long because he didn't have his lamp is still bothering me. I understand he went out of his way for me and $160 still isn't that bad of a price, but considering he left my car idle for hours... That was upsetting. Michael, the owner is a very nice guy. Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would…read moretake about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
