I am moving out and my mower broke right before the wind and leaves literally blanketed the entire front yard! I'm not exaggerating (although being a Texan does give me the right) there were leaves everywhere! Not only did Raul answer my first call, but he drove out to the house within an hour to provide an incredibly good estimate! Add on the fact that he and his team blew out the gutters and trimmed perfectly around ALL sidewalks, mailbox post, landscaping bricks, gutters, everything! Oh and what's more - Raul came out SAME DAY and he and the team knocked it out! Obviously, they cannot do that for everyone, but WOW - that is incredible service and shows a great deal of character! There's not one leaf left in the front yard! They have all the right equipment and finished everything in a third of the time it would have taken me to do it! A pleasant surprise was that the treatment instantly turned our brown, winter grass, a beautiful color of green. It also helped us see just how evenly, they applied the fertilizer, pre-emergent, and weed control! In one year, we have hired and fired two pest and lawn control companies because our video cameras showed that they barely applied anything to our yard. They refused to accept responsibility and are not customer focused. Edit after owner response: I have video evidence when I asked the child employee their age (attached the picture). They claim they are 11. Also, leaving door hangings is a violation of the City of Fort Worth code and ordinances when a No Soliciting sign is clearly displayed. Much more than "upset about a door hanging", I have children that sleep during the day that were awoken and the company refused to handle it.
