Came for quite a while but then when they didn't have enough help the woman and the man that sits up front ends up doing nails but the woman that sits up front does a terrible job of polishing and the man uses his own nail to take off the Polish but it's still there and then he leaves a bare spot on my nail either one of them don't know how to polish properly and on top of that when I say I want them a certain way I never get them a certain way it just got worse and worse I gave a very good tip every time and I don't feel they appreciated my business. read more

Every time I tried to let my nail tech know that my nails were messed up, she would get upset and say not yet. Well this is the final product. I got a pedicure for $25 and didn't tell me it was time to pay that's there a $15 upcharge for gel. They told me to go back if I needed them to which I did because I felt like they didn't clean the sides of my toes right. I'm at the end of my pregnancy so you can imagine I can't get in there myself. When I went back all the ladies were talking trash and I could tell because they all would come and look. The first time I visited this salon, my gel pedicure was amazing for only $40. However, when I came back a month later to get a new gel pedicure, the lady started tying my foot in a bag and then handed me a folder asking which pedicure I wanted. I chose the $40 one but then asked how much it would be with gel and she told me $55, so I told her never mind and just went the cheapest one instead. She pointed to my foot in the bag and I said not to do it anymore but then she said it's an extra $9 so I told her again not to do it and she finally took my foot out of the bag. After that, she told me that "it would make my heels soft" and she continued the pedicure pretty aggressively. They're very pushy and not transparent with their prices. My gel pedicure this time was also definitely of lower quality with the tips of my toes missing polish in some spots. read more

Two stars for location and attempted Covid-compliance. However for where ever reason, I don't matter? Maybe because I'm asian and asian people always have this sense of less formality with each other? I am came with my Hispanic roommate for her bday and everyone else in the salon had the plexi-glass barrier except me? I figured they were all being used and they didnt have enough...well the lady across from me finished and cleaned up and they didn't move it to me or anything...and yes they're moveable... Then they told me they would move me to the nail tables (that had the plexi-glass barriers built in) to do my manicure... and when it came time to do my manicure the lady said "I'll just do it here (at the pedicure chair) so you guys can talk" and so she proceeded to do my nails....again no plexi-glass barrier... My friend finished her pedicure and they moved her to the nail table to do her manicure? Okay.... THEN the woman doing my nails Connie, has the audacity to say in Vietnamese "she wants to stay here, I told her to go to the nail station and she wanted to stay here!" Ummmm NO she told me to stay there and then said I wanted to stay there? I don't look Vietnamese so it's great whenever they talk shit or lie in Vietnamese around me... it happens just as much as you guys think it happens! Also the whole time she was doing my nails she was complaining that I only wanted to do the regular paint and not Gel and when she did my manicure I asked her not to cut too much of my cuticles and she said to the other lady "she refuses to have her cuticles cut? What am I suppose to do?" Again I never said don't cut my cuticles...I said don't cut too much.... Also why was I the only person who they didn't try and use the plexi-glass protection with? Both for my pedicure and manicure? I was served by Tanya or Sarah, couldn't really understand her with the mask on. Don't get me wrong but I know what I like and what's good work and will pay for w Whats it's worth. 1 pedi was ok... I felt rushed for the ROYAL pedicure $65. I walked out with some dry residue on my calves, didn't notice it until I got home. 2. Polish messy 3. Didn't get the 15 min massage. I timed it. I got 13 min. Lol 4. She offered to do my nails . I was hesitant at first but gave it shot. I showed her the natural curved nails I wanted and didn't come close to it. 5. No oil after my full set was done. 6. Nails are flat and crooked.. I only recommend pedicures. This is my opinion. I had posted and given this this business 5 stars years ago and continue to stand by my 5 stars! I somewhat forgot about this place and my daughter recommended we go back. We went on Friday at our appointment time of 4pm. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, and when we walked in, they were ready and immediately seated us in chairs for our pedicure. As we sat there a couple more people walked in. Someone had called in and the lady that answered the phone told someone on the phone they were too busy at that point and could they come in Saturday. It sucks to hear when you're desperate for a pedicure or fill but it showed me this place isn't horribly money hungry (don't get me wrong it was still pricey for me) which I appreciated- otherwise I'm sure she would've told the person to come in and just let them wait for an excessive amount of time. So the next girl that walked in came for a pedicure then asked for her nails and they told her yes but told me no when I was here before her. They'd rather keep taking walk ins then to offer good customer service to those who are already in the chairs. Also bc they're so in a rush to assist more and more walk ins they do a half as rushed job. They literally take all walk ins and don't say no to anyone. You make an appointment with someone specifically and they don't even finish the job bc they go to start someone else and they have someone else finish the job for them. The reason I make an appointment w/ a specific nail tech is bc that's who I want to do the job. This place use to have great customer service that's why I kept coming here for so many years. Then another day I came in got a dip gel powder for a refill bc I had already got them on the last time for the first time. At the time I'm paying they want to charge me $60 which is more then the first time I got them which was $54. I asked why is it more the owner responded to me saying bc they removed the old to do new gel dip powder. I told them why if I already had it on all you had to do was a fill. Every time I did gel they would never charge me to remove the old gel color bc I was still getting gel. I didn't understand why they were charging me for the removal if I was just doing the same thing I already had. I explained that to him and he said for today they weren't going to charge me the removal. I told him well if your going to charge me more why not tell me it's extra charge and give me the chance to pick if I want it removed or not. If the removal is part of the process they should add that to the total price bc it's something you need to do. To top it off the dip powder didn't even last me 3 days before the first week they had all came off already. My mom always use to come and get a pedi w/ me then she stopped bc she got a toe infection. Yet I never wrote a review bc I've always loved coming here to Connie bc she's my go too. I'm really sad to walk away from my nail lady but their downgrade in customer service has me gone!
