I was very happy with my manicure and pedicure today. I've been trying to find a salon that I like and I think I found it! Tyler did my manicure and Ivy did my pedicure.

I received quality care at Spotlight Lashes and Nails. The service was done in a timely manner and the workers were hospitable and friendly. Would definitely come again.

Took my daughter for her first acrylic set and they nailed it (yeah, I said it). Staff was patient, friendly, and great with her. She loved the mix of cat eye, French tips, and unique designs. Clean, open salon, and even as a walk-in during a busy afternoon, we didn't wait. Solid spot.

The whole experience felt rushed They don't properly clean your nails and do not apply the polish evenly. Do not waste your time and money You can find better service and quality of work elsewhere. $95 for a gel manicure and pedicure not worth it for these type of results

Natalie is MY GIRL!! Been coming here for about 5 months now and I love how efficient they are. If you make an appointment, you're able to choose your nail tech and from my experience, I haven't had to wait any longer than 15 mins. My girl Natalie does my gel x nails and she always kills it. This time I asked for mermaid nails and this is what we came up with! I'm obsessed. Natalie also does brows and other services! 10/10 would recommend. Also idk who's in charge of their playlist but it's always SO GOOD read more

This I went to Spotlight lashes & nails in Rancho Cucamonga because my regular lash tech had no same-day openings. The front desk employee ( turned out to be the manager) was very sweet, which I appreciated. I showed the lash tech Jessica a reference photo and clearly asked for a volume/wispy set. She assured me she could do it, but the final result was sparse and looked nothing like the inspo photo I provided. I asked for more fullness during the appointment and was told it was done, but there was no visible difference. Her technique was poor and there was a mirror check but due to all the tape I had on my bottom lashes. I was barely able to even open my eyes. When I left, the lashes were completely stuck together and unbrushable. I did said they looked "OK" at the end of the appointment because I felt uncomfortable, but they were objectively not what I asked for. I waited 45 minutes in my car to see if the reasoning behind the clumping was because the bonding solution was in fully dry yet, but that wasn't the case. I decided to go back and try to find a solution to this issue, the same tech Jessica offered to "fix" them. Due to her lack of knowledge during removal, she caused an abrasion on my eye as the solution was burning my eyes. They were persistent on having a different lash tech service me as the manager even agreed with me that it was a terrible job. I decided to take my refund and spend it elsewhere because NEVER will I EVER step foot in that salon again. For the cherry on top I ended up going to urgent care the next day and due to the carelessness of the employee I had to go to urgent care for treatment, turns out I had an abrasion on my left eye. I ended up going to a different lash studio my friend recommended, where I had a significantly better experience and got the exact volume/wispy set I originally wanted with no damage. Bottom line: Kind staff does not excuse unsafe technique. Causing an eye injury is unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon for lash extensions. Save your money, and more importantly, your eyes. I have urgent care documentation and photos if the owner would like to discuss. read more

One star is too generous. I had a truly awful experience here and will never return. From the moment I walked in and signed in with the red-haired girl at the front desk (who was nice), I was made to feel uncomfortable. She let my nail tech, Michelle, know I had arrived. When Michelle looked at me, I smiled and waved -- and she gave me the dirtiest look. I mentioned this to the front desk, and she brushed it off, saying, "That's just how she is." I should have trusted my gut and left then. I went in for a full set Gel-X French manicure and specifically asked for a nude color that would not be see-through and told her I do not like pink tones. She completely ignored that, pulled out the exact colors I said I didn't like, and when I politely said no, she walked away and left me standing there. Still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, I stayed. But as she did my nails, I showed her a photo of how I like my French tips thicker. She kept doing them thin anyway. When I reminded her of the picture and asked her to please make them thicker, she got an attitude, told me I should have told her earlier (I did), and then said she would never do my nails again -- right in front of another client. Completely unprofessional. At that point, I told her to remove them because I was uncomfortable and didn't appreciate being treated that way. She removed the gel from only one hand, leaving me with unfinished nails and still had the nerve to try to charge me nearly $80. I refused. After going back and forth, they finally lowered it to $57 -- which is still way too much considering I left with one bare hand and a horrible experience. Now I have to go pay another $30-$40 to have them done right somewhere else. Do yourself a favor: skip this place and go somewhere you'll be respected and treated like a paying customer. read more

I came here with my husband once. Midday on a Tuesday. They took us in right away which was nice. The price for my husbands pedicure was about 50$ and mine was 70$ with gel. The lady who did my pedicure was rough and kept cutting my skin and then she didn't ask what color gel I wanted and just assumed. I feel like she didnt do that well of a job but my husband he said was ok but has had better pedicures. It was nice inside and they offered a free little drink. Horrible place with horrible service. My wife got her nails done here and it resulted in an infection. The lady who did her nails kept messing up the design, shape and color. She then inspected and saw there was missing spots of color on her nails and one nail wasn't even finished completely. They asked her to call back the next day to make a new appointment but then the next day she got an infection. She went in to try to get her money back and the manager said she didn't care about her nails or infection, and that the store had insurance to handle that stuff and turned her away. Businesses should not treat customers in this way. Very disappointing and a little angry about how they treated her. read more

I'm writing this review as I just got home from my sugaring appointment…read more I am a loyal customer and have gone to different estheticians for Brazilian sugaring here - at their old Rancho location, the new Fontana location, and my first time here at the new Rancho location. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.
