The gentleman did my set and he was fast but I did request them shorter than normal and he did make me feel like I was being rude requesting them shorter and I still ended up with them longer than I like but the younger woman did my paint job and she did absolutely lovely she made me feel like a princess! They both did a great job I just wish my nails were a little shorter! And the inside was so cute! read more

My regular guy was on vacation and the ladies in the salon insisted that I had no appointment for that day. I know English is not their first language but they should be able to get appointments scheduled correctly! I showed a picture of nails I wanted and he said no I have no time for those nail you called and booked wrong. I periodically rush in for a mani, pedi or eyebrow wax. The service is usually good but I am sometimes frustrated since though I respect their business spirit it can be unnerving when the nail techs chatter quietly to each other in Vietnamese or some of the techs barely speak any English & you try to communicate a service. They have been there a long time & for the last 2 years at least the turnover has been very low. Cleanliness is always important at a nail salon & I'd give it a 6 out of 10. I have never gotten an infection but it certainly is not sparkling. They are quick, and they have design capabilities if not the newest colors and techniques . read more

I have tried many nail salons on the island. This is my salon of preference. They are not cheap but for some reason all the nail salons on the island charge more than back home in Charlotte. Price seems in line with other salons here. This place is not fancy or decorated nicely but they have always done a good job. It's a small salon so not a lot of chairs. They did a fantastic job on my daughters small hands and feet. They even did beautiful designs on her hands and feet. read more

My husband & I go once a month for a pedicure. I get a eyebrow wax. Wonderful experience.

The staff was very quiet and not friendly or personable. I felt rushed and the end product was not worth the price I paid. They did not have the same colors for gels as they advertise. My nails and my toenails did not have matching colors. This could have been fine had one not had glitter in he nail polish. Although I saw the staff bring their tools out of the sanitizer, I did not feel as if I was sitting in a clean environment. Do not recommend. read more

Went there with my friend. My tech didn't speak any English, so it was impossible to communicate with her about my service. The place was sanitary ( they use disposable tools and pedicure tub liners), but the floors were filthy and the smell of acrylic was overwhelming. I was done with my pedicure way before my friend, though we paid for the same service. I had to ask for disposable flip -flops, because I didn't want to walk barefoot to the drying station. Overall, it wasn't a relaxing or pleasant experience and I paid $28 for my 15 minute pedicure on top of it. read more

Horrible experience at Nail Expo. My nail technician did a sloppy job filing, cutting my cuticles and applying polish. The polish ended up all over my skin and with large empty/uneven spots on my actual nail. Because the cuticles were not cut adequately, it was also sloppy at the base of my nail. When I pointed this out, another technician tried to fix the problem just by applying another coat, but I stopped her since the polish would never dry with a third coat. The manager was extremely rude and eventually agreed to remove the first polish job. To do so, he refused to use the typical file/soak off with foil method (I had a gel manicure). Instead, he used the acrylic drill on my fingers, which hurt a lot, and dunked my entire hand in a non-sanitized bowl of acetone. After removing most of the polish (the edges of my nail were still tinged with blue polish), he insisted I pay $14 for the cuticle cutting/filing. I refused, reiterating the multiple aspects of my negative experience. We went back and forth a few times before he threw up his hands when it was clear I wasn't going to pay. Would not return and would not recommend. Awful customer service. read more

My husband and and I both use this salon. We both enjoy a wonderful pedicure, together, same time, side by side. So fun. The salon is spotless, everything is sterile. The atmosphere is usually a pleasant quiet, no loud chatter unless done by a customer. I was there very recently and had a pedicure before a major trip. When I got home I realized I had smudged a toe. Pressed for time I drove back and explained it was my fault. The owner immediately fixed the toe and when I offered to pay I got a smile and a no. It's so pleasant to deal with this business and I totally recommend them. Plus, we have never had to wait for our appointment, very punctual. read more

We had an appointment for three people to get our nails done together. They did not even have us sit together. The one tall man did my toes and did an amazing job, but the man that did not gel manicure did it so fast and the job was not done correctly. The gel should be at least 3 coats not two because I can see my nail through the polish. They were very nice in there but I would not go back. read more
