Staff attitude ranges from perfunctory to brusque. It seems clear no amount of one-star ratings will change that, despite rote replies from the business. For me, the advantages of this UPS location are its proximity and that it opens 30 minutes before most other branches nearby. I come here when I require only the simplest of tasks--bringing in a pre-labeled, properly taped-up package to be scanned and shipped. For anything more complex or requiring more staff assistance, I go elsewhere, usually the location on Colorado next to Vons. Note that this branch is a smaller one and only has a front door, which both customers and UPS trucks use to load/unload. As such, after scanning, you are required to place your package in the customer area, and I've always had to do this on my own, no matter the weight or number of items. The trucks load the packages from here. There is no back area where staff takes and stores your package like at other branches. Treat yourself to a smoothie next door after your efforts.

They don't greet you at all until you approach them. I feel like I get better service at a DMV than at this AAA. They share the same parking lot as multiple restaurants but there's always plenty of space. We weren't able to get what we needed to get done but will we coming back in about two weeks.
