    Play time is over UPS. I'm not playing any games. Either you *permanently eliminate* this UPS Store from my package delivery equation, or this will escalate into legal issue. All the other mail delivery services, including US Postal Service, DHL, Amazon, Fedex know how to automatically RE-DELIVER a package when someone's not home, without any problems. UPS is the only one that seems to not be able to do the simplest of things. Instead they send my packages to stores I did not authorize. These UPS ghetto idiots seem to be stuck on stupid. As they say... "Sh&+ just got real". Core Summary: *Consistent track record of hostile "customer service" *Purposefully bad mouthing, defaming/slandering customers to other customers and to her employees on the part of manager catty Kattie George *UPS worker #Sarah #Alexandria #Abrams giving out innaccurate info & throwing business cards in customer's faces. (Kattie George told me to overlook this because this was the girls' first job and that she is young. Clearly this is someone in her personal/ friends network) *UPS workers purposefully keeping packages and refusing to hand over customer packages, which they are legally required to do. On 1/10/2019 between, approx 4 pm, I and my girlfriend once again were FORCED to deal with this store for our packages. I refused to go inside and figured I'd let my girlfriend go in. Upon handing Kattie George the manager her info tracking notice, Kattie George proceeds to ask her personal questions, including whether or not she was my girlfriend. Upon finding out that YES indeed, she is, Ms. Kattie George begins to slander and defame my character, not just to my girlfriend, but infront of other customers and other UPS employees. She states that she "almost refused" the package and that the store is refusing any packages from us. WELL THEN REFUSE THE PACKAGE. WTF IS IT STILL IN YOUR STORE???? But Ms. Kattie George goes further in harrassing my girlfriend and slandering/defaming of my character by telling my girlfriend, other customers and employees that I am a "difficult customer" and that she has "banned" me from the store. Kattie George goes on to LIE and say that she and the other workers have tried everything, but that I'm just such a horrible person that she has no idea how to solve the problem. YOU CAN START BY NOT SLANDERING/DEFAMING YOUR CUSTOMER'S CHARACTER AFTER THEY CATCH YOU ON VIDEO TAPE DOING WRONG FOR STARTERS, KATTIE GEORGE. I don't know what Ms. Kattie George was thinking (perhaps she wasn't thinking at all) when she decided to go out of her way to harrass my girlfriend, and trash talk me to her. So if you go to this store & you complain , you may be slandered by the ghetto manager as well. If I could give ZERO stars , I would. Ms. Kattie George is the nicest person you''ll meet as long as there is no problem or you don't call her/employees out on the serious errors/mistakes they make. Once you do, you're considered "horrible and difficult". If you dare call corporate, instead of waiting on her and her time schedule, you're "the worst customer" and will be devalued to other customers, even YOUR own significant other. I haven't forgot about the #Sarah #Alexandria #Abrams, who threw business cards in my face after I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. It is crystal clear that after I called corporate about this woman throwing business cards that manager Kattie George has taken it personal.She has truly done a 180 from how she used to treat me. Heidi, another manager at the store today told me that she personally hired Sarah Alexandria Abrams, and that she and Ms. George are not personal friends or relatives of each other. However, It is clear that the girl actually IS in Kattie George's personal/friends/church circle. A simple 15 minute Google research confirmed this. So perhaps Heidi has been left in the dark as to the true nature of the relationship between the Manager and this particular employee. (Google is your friend) Since Sept 5, 2018 to the present day, I have incessantly asked, pleaded and begged UPS to STOP Sending my packages to this store, to no avail. Each time I'm promised that it wont' happen again, but after almost half a year, I have lost faith that UPS will stop forcing me to deal with this store in my package delivery services. I have tried EVERYTHING to STOP my Amazon sellers from using UPS to send my packages, but they tell me it's out of their control, because the are under contract with UPS and Amazon itself is "still working on it". This is causing me health problems, ruined reputation and my safety is also at risk when UPS workers like #Sarah #Alexandria #Abrams throw things at me. My health, reputation and safety are being negatively impacted due to the forced interaction with this store in my delivery services. I will now actively research/explore my legal options. Let your legal & risk management department know the heads up.

    Everyone that works here is very nice and helpful. Usually can get in and out very fast. Plenty of parking the shopping center.

It is very close to Pasadena City College and very convenient for me. It's a lot cheaper than my purchasing all the equipment and putting it in a small room. I needed to make some copies and fax some important papers. I entered the store and was greeted by a smile and a hello from the staff. I had some questions concerning the multi-purpose self-service machine. I needed to insert my credit card and adjust some settings. My papers were quickly processed. I am very impressed with the training program that FedEx must have in place. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the store. There is also off street parking on the side streets perpendicular to Colorado Boulevard. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

I had a large order of color copies, including one that was a bit tricky, and she went out of her way to help troubleshoot a sizing issue I was having. Her willingness to take the time and be thorough made a real difference. Too often, experiences like this can feel rushed or impersonal, so it was refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about doing the job well and pays attention to details. Destiny's professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and I hope her efforts are recognized.

On top of that, his appearance and lack of professionalism were concerning enough that I was uncomfortable standing at the counter. This is a customer-facing role--basic courtesy and professionalism should be non-negotiable. I won't be returning, especially with a print shop literally next door that values customers' time. Whoever the woman on the phone was kept interrupting me and what I was saying and was appallingly rude. Took multiple instances of me requesting to JUST FINISH MY SENTENCE so that I could ask her, a human, to connect me to another human. Seriously terrible and rude and so blasé. Absolute worst customer service experience and if you worked for me, you'd be fired on the spot for interrupting a CUSTOMER you're supposed to be SERVICING as that is how retail and customer service work which is, I know, a crazy concept. You represent a company and obviously you don't care about it, your work, ethics or politeness.     Just adding my 2 cents. This is the closest UPS location for me, and have been here numerous times…read moreover the years. Service can be brusque; perhaps their reasoning is they are a necessary service with a guaranteed group of core customers, so why indulge them with courtesy? The office can be messy, in part because it's definitely on the small side, so lots of boxes are placed in areas where customers go. I now only come to this branch if I have a simple task, like bringing in a package that is already properly taped up and already has a label that can be easily scanned. Even then, you are asked to place your item on the stack of boxes in the middle of the store. Anything more complicated, or requiring more assistance, I go to the UPS by Vons on Colorado.

My first visit she scolded me about not having the box with the scan code, which I had forgot to bring. Sure, that was my fault, but she made it seem like I had committed treason. So I just walked out. Well, this time around I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I had my return with the scan code. After greeting her and getting zero response (shocker!), she goes ahead and scans my phone. Then she prints the return label and just hands it to me and demands that I put it on the box. I ask where and she says "over the old address!" Yo, isn't that your job lady? And then she gruffly tells me to just put the box on top of a whole bunch of other boxes that were just sitting in the middle of the store. So I guess I work here now! And why the eff is there a pile of boxes in the middle of the store anyway? Which brings me to another gripe: this place is disorganized as hell. There are boxes lying around everywhere and the counters barely have any space to do anything. Just piles of paper, stationery, knick knacks, the Epstein files, you name it. It really makes you question how thorough they are with your packages. Seriously. Thanks to Yelp, you can see how others feel about this place. On some of these reviews, their business manager replies with a lame cut and paste message apologizing and claiming they'll look into it. Lulz, yeah right. Your problems are still there! Get a clue, man! Avoid this store if you can.

    I am an exhibiting professional artist, and my recent experience with Box & Ship in Pasadena was…read moreabsolutely unacceptable. I contracted Box & Ship to handle the packing and return shipment of my original oil painting and custom frame from the 2025 California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition. Their responsibility was simple: pack my artwork properly, with all of my original packing material, that I clearly had instructions to save, so it would arrive safely. Instead, their negligence, of not saving my original packing material and their poor repackaging, caused damage to my frame, and their customer service afterward towards me was dismissive and unprofessional. Here are the facts: Improperly sealed box: When I received my painting via FedEx on September 10, 2025, one end of the box was barely taped shut and nearly open. Only two pieces of tape barely holding one end of the box closed. My original packing material was mostly missing inside: There was very little packing material holding the painting and frame in the box. The artwork could shift around freely during shipping. Missing original packing: When I shipped my painting to the exhibition in July, I personally packed it with bubble wrap and peanuts so it was tight and secure....it could not move at all. It arrived to the California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition undamaged and safe. However, after waiting 3-4 weeks to have my painting shipped back to me and Box & Ship finally got around to send it back, most of my original packing material was missing, leaving the piece vulnerable. Resulting damage: Because of their careless packing, the inner wood liner of my custom, hand-finished frame sustained a full break. I hand-finished this frame myself to match the painting, and repairing it will cost $200 in labor and materials. I have extensive photographic documentation showing the poor packing job and the resulting damage. When I contacted Box & Ship to request reimbursement, their response was dismissive. Instead of taking accountability, they told me: "The California Art Club insures the Gold Medal. Not Box & Ship. Please contact Eire and take it up with them." This reply is unacceptable. Not only does it deflect accountability for their poor packing practices, but it also demonstrates a complete disregard for the artists whose work they are entrusted to protect. Whether or not the California Art Club maintains insurance on artworks exhibited, the fact remains that Box & Ship themselves caused the damage through careless handling. As an artist, this experience has been infuriating. I will never trust Eric and Box & Ship again, nor use their poor shipping services. Their negligence not only damaged my frame, but their dismissive attitude shows they do not value their customers or the responsibility of safeguarding important artworks. I strongly urge the California Art Club to reconsider its relationship with Box & Ship. By continuing to use this company, they risk not only their reputation, but damaging more artists' works and undermining their commitment to protecting the contributions of their artist members, which make all their exhibitions possible. For fellow artists: think twice before entrusting your artwork to Box & Ship in Pasadena, California. Based on my bad experience, they are very slow to ship artwork, apparently have too much work for them to handle in a respectable time frame, careless in their packing and refuse to take responsibility when their negligence causes damage.
