I would recommend staying away from this place. I had my 4 disks and pads replaced 6 months ago, they changed me over $1.300. After a week of non stop squeaking I went back. They said the parts had been defective and had to change them again. I was told I had 3 years warranty on rotors and one year on pads, and they wrote it on the receipt as well. I dropped it off again this weekend because the brakes were grinding loudly for the past couple of weeks. They said they had to replace the disks and pads again. I just picked it up and was charged $250 for labor. I complained and asked why I was being charged. I told the receptionist (who has the stupidest attitude) that if they had done the job correctly or installed good parts initially there would be no reason why I would have had to return and would be no labor needed. Her stupid response was "you should have paid for good parts" I was told that good parts were I stalled on my vehicle, and for $1,300 I would expect the parts to be good!! So was she saying I was charged for good parts and give cheap parts? Was she telling me they scammed me? After I confronted her comment she then kept up her stupidity and said "well you you're a bad driver". Prior to going to this place for service, I drove my vehicle for about 2 years with the previous disks and pads and never once had an issue. It's ridiculous to get that type of service for the money you pay. To top it off you have to deal with a stupid receptionist that doesn't know how to say anything intelligent. I regret going there and hope people stay away and don't have to go through what I did.

My response to their claims on their invoice.

Horrible Experience - Beware of Predatory Towing!**…read more I had a terrible experience at the Ace store recently. My 90-year-old mother and I visited the store, and she wanted some caramel popcorn from ongoing strawberry festival . After we left through the back door, we returned about 40 minutes later--taking our time as my mother walks slowly--only to find that our car had been towed! It's clear that Ace Hardware and the towing company are working together to scam customers. The towing fee was an outrageous $700 to retrieve the car on a Sunday or $500 if I waited until Monday. This is for a towing company that's just 3 blocks away! To make matters worse, I noticed other customers in even worse situations--this seems to be a common practice. I've lost all trust in this Ace location, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed!

This White family company is a scam and they are not people of their word and will scam you if…read moreyou're car gets towed . Got told by some white lady that the fee would be less if I were to pick up my car the day after to find out when I go the next day o am getting charged more then what I was told and her excuse was that she had to come from Santa Cruz to Watsonville a 15 minute drive greedy white people can get out of Watsonville . Do not tell people that they can pick up a car that got towed by them the next day for a less fee if you are going to charge them extra either way go fuck yourself white trash suck my dick (: Also this family drives a Toyota 4Runner and always is with a chihuahua be careful in watsonville it's ugly
