Calderon's is always there for us and our tire needs. They are always reasonably priced, efficient, and really nice folks. Today's experience made me remember why I love them so much... ..I've been going there for years, but tried going to Firestone today instead because they had a great deal on tires and I've been on the broke side - in a nutshell, Firestone let me down and wasted an hour and a half of my time. The guy at Firestone recommended Calderon's (lol), and I knew I should've gone there in the first place! I called Calderon's crying today after that fiasco, and they were extremely kind and patient while I literally sobbed on the phone about my bad experience and dire tire needs. They didn't have my tires last minute (I called them 30 minutes before closing so I get that), but they ordered them special so I could get reasonably priced tires by tomorrow. Owner is a jerk. Been going there for years. Always dealt with Justin. Very professional and competitive prices. Went in to get tires rotated that I purchased from them. $25. Owner rude and acted like I was ruining his day. On the was home, steering wheel started shaking. When I returned, owner said "Well yeah, you need your tires balanced." REALLY?? When I asked why it wasn't done during rotation, he said "You didn't ask for that." $100 for balancing. Vehicle was fine before. This place has gone downhill. STAY AWAY read more

Wish I could give more stars Justin, Abraham and all the staff are the BEST. They are so professional, kind and caring. We had an issue with the tow truck driver putting our tires on wrong causing all the bolts to snap off. They worked nonstop for 4.5 hours while helping me talk to the tow truck driver and the towing company. I knew everyone there was listening to our conversations and that they all had my back. They were not going to let the tow truck driver or company get away with not paying for their mistake. They even called in Simon on his day off to help us and make sure our car was safe to drive. Today I went to calderons expecting to just get my wife's car done for some regular maintenance like her shocks and struts however upon further inspection and through conversation Justin's knowledge re assured me it was my breaks and most likely not the struts or shocks. I called the shop at 4:30pm on a Friday and asked if they could squeeze in a tire repair before they closed, and the super friendly guy tells me, "Definitely! Come on in!" They're working on my tire as soon as I'm sitting down in the waiting area. The shop is big and clean. The waiting room is nice, too. They're done within 25 minutes and charged me less than what I've paid before for a tire plug in Monterey where I used to live. I think it was Abraham at the front desk (according to the invoice) and he told me about how the family business started and grew, and how they try to do right by their customers.
