After parking, I discovered a pretty serious oil leak and dangerously low oil levels. With dealerships booked out for days, I called Orlando Import based on a coworker's recommendation, and I'm really glad I did. Cory answered the phone and immediately put me at ease by letting me know the Bennett Road team could take a look the same day and have answers by the next morning. I dropped the car off (after adding some oil), and Caleb helped get everything checked in. By the next day around noon, they had already identified the issue, fixed the leak, and even cleaned all the oil off the engine and undercarriage. And the price was very reasonable. Fast, professional, and transparent, exactly what you hope for in a stressful situation. Highly recommend their team if you're in a bind and/or need reliable service. Post note: It turns out that during my last oil change at a quick-service shop, the oil filter gasket or seal wasn't placed back, which caused the slow leak. After coming to McRoberts to try and get the issue taken care of, I was told only 1 tire would be replaced under recall. When voicing my concern about putting 1 new tire with 3 used, Hatch, the owner, said he understands my concern but unless the other tires showed any signs of manufacture issues or defects, that he would not replace them. He never even checked. I even offered to pay for a prorated set as per the Nitto manufacturer, which Hatch the owner refused to do. It should be noted that he did not inspect the 3 other tires on my truck. This has been a nightmare that has now fallen on the consumers shoulders. I buy a set of tires from a Robert's Tire and then they tell me to kick rocks when it comes time to make things right. Do better Hatch, even when telling him that I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, he tells me " good for you". Here I am with an issue and Hatch, the Owner, wants to be condescending and sarcastic. Goodfelo's gave us a quote of $75-$150 for the diagnostic fee which seemed reasonable compared to others. We had the check engine light on and also the TRAC off light on, they charged us $75 for our diagnostic fee. They started work on Monday and we had the car by Tuesday morning. They replaced a coil that went bad and our spark plugs which weren't causing the problem but they said they were very old and recommended it. I like that they ask you first what services you want them to perform before they just do it. Our total for diagnosis, the coil and the spark plugs was $600.
