He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.

Now the key stopped turning all together. The tech came out to look at it and claims the post office replaced their lock so that affected my lock ?? Im supposed to have realized this and known I have to push on the door itself then the key will work. ? I was billed another 65 and was told it was because of user error ?? I was opening a lock not reformatting a computer. Then I called to complain the tech yelled at me hung up on me and told me to call the office. I did that the call went through through 3 times and disconnected immediately. My Daughter then called from her phone and miraculously they answered. I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! WAs recently in town for the holidays to visit my parents. While i was here my dad asked me to…read morelook at his truck as the ignition cylinder was seized. Im a licensed locksmith in Nebraska, so I went ahead and Ordered a replacement and when it got here I set off on the journey to re-key the new cylinder to the old key. Got 98% through the process but got stuck getting the retainer bearing back into the bearing race in the cylinder which holds the plug with the wafers in, and without having my tools with me, i couldnt for the life of me get the bearing and spring back in. Brought the spring, ball bearing, and ignition cylinder with me to ADL, and he had it in and had me ready to go and finish the job for my father. Very friendly and courteous service, will happily use them again.

I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. I will definitely use Angel Locksmith every time I need a locksmith now.
