She asked me how old I was (19), they talked again for a second, then I was basically told "You go now" and was ushered out the door with no explanation. No other place I've gone has done anything like this, and no where on their website does it say anything about age. Very unprofessional Other note - while she was talking to me she was also actively flossing her teeth and it was near impossible to understand, as well as quite disgusting in the given premise.

There was however 1 masseuse (female) that was really rude for no good reason. I was having a foot massage and the place was dead, so my gf asked to sit in the massage chair next to me. One of the nice masseuses said absolutely and out of nowhere came this mean lady who pointed rudely to the chairs across the room. Then after my gf decided to join in, she got the same lady that told her to sit on the other side. Lol. I had to use the restroom at one point and my masseuse was going to stop the timer. But the same rude lady who was working on my gf stopped to tell her not to (in Chinese). I was a bit incredulous to even hear her tone of voice. It was like we were annoying her to even be there. I happen to speak Chinese, so I spoke directly to my masseuse and asked her to stop it. Which she did kindly. I have been to 5 other massage therapists and Tricia is the best! She is an expert in her craft. Communication is key, so I always let her know if I have any changes in my health or if I have had an injury because she customizes the massage around me. I go 1-2 times per month. My favorite is the hot stone massage (Always drink water afterwards to allow the toxins to flow out of your body!) because the heat allows my muscles to relax in order to accept the full benefits of the massage. Massage has helped with a variety of health issues that I have had, including tendinitis, arthritis, sciatica, pulled muscles, plantar fasciitis, etc. I usually buy a series of 3 and book ahead because her schedule fills up quickly.
