So disappointing! This company doesn't even deserve a one star. I called and booked for my event thought I might need an additional car and spoke with Michael and he said don't worry we do this all the time. He assured me that we did not need another vehicle. I sent my itinerary over and thought great this company knows what they are doing. The driver showed up late to all my pick-ups, didn't know where he was going. The driver was asking my guests for directions mind you these guest are from out of town. They had to google directions to my event from their cell phones. Even after delivering one party to my event when he went to pick up my other party, he couldn't remember how to get there. Nevertheless our wedding started 45 minutes late. BTW I requested the owner to contact me and he never did. Thanks Steve Won! I have my records as well. I spoke with Michael and he told me not to worry. I sent my itinerary and all pick ups were in a 10 mile radius. I had no issues paying for another car service. The service was horrible & the limo broke down! I rented a limo for my daughter's 7th birthday.It was 100 degrees and there was NO AIR in the limo. I had 7 children hot and complain the whole ride. When we arrived at our destination the limo broke down from over heating according to the driver. On our way home the limo completely stopped on the side of the freeway! The driver called her family to pick us up from the side of the road. We had to ride back home illegally with no carseats for 7 kids under the age of 8. I have yet to speak to the owner, no apologies,no accommodations, nothing! Also, When I tried to reach out, someone texted me that they are closed but on yelp it says they are open 24/7. I am above and beyond happy with their service. We celebrated my daughters 9th birthday today and took Limo for a short trip but worth every penny. I love that everything is up front as far as pricing and very clear contract as rest are complaint about. Communication was very easy as well. Our driver was super nice and friendly. They sent a quote shortly after and for value they were the lowest. My contract was cash to maybe that helped. Limousine arrived on time and safely took our son and his friends to prom. The vehicle was a bit dated for the price. I would also recommend reading the contract carefully. I totally missed the cash only part at pick up. We paid deposit with card do expected to do the same at pick up. I was shocked to find out they wanted cash.
