I live 20 miles away so I wanted to be site I had my ducks in order. I load the items I wanted to pawn (TV) into my car and off I went. I arrived and that same gruff and rude man behind the counter barked "did you bring the remote?" I hadn't so I asked if I could go but an universal remote and the rude man barked no it has to be the one from the TV manufacturer. Shouldn't this have been important information to relay over the phone? That would have saved me an absolutely humiliating drive to warrenton. I bought the bracelet from her. Upon taking the bracelet from Lynn into another jewelry store I was told that they could feel it wasn't real gold as soon as they picked up. Upon doing several test on the bracelet, it turned out to be fake. My understanding is that any time a piece of jewelry is stamped, that means it is the real deal and it is the responsibility of the person selling it next to determine its true quality. The value would have been great, had the chain been made of the true metal as stamped.
