This is an absolutely wonderful store! Nick and Inna are two very wonderful, trustworthy people. I have always had a hard time giving my family heirlooms to other people for repairs or resizing. I have just heard so many stories where jewelers ruined these precious pieces, and I couldn't bear for something like that to happen to the ring and bracelet that has been passed down in my family for generations! Unfortunately, the bracelet's link wore down and snapped. A few of my friends recommended me to go to Nicolles Jewelry Designs to have it repaired. I was very nervous to give my heirloom to anyone, but I decided to trust my friends, and boy am I glad I did! Within a few days time, my bracelet looked new, which is amazing considering the bracelet is so old! I was stunned at the quality of their work. I was not able to tell that it broke in the first place! After this, I made the decision to let them fix up my ring as well. It was starting to be a bit tight on my finger and a couple of diamonds were missing. Even though I was still a bit nervous, they definitely did not disappoint me! The ring looked better than ever! All the scratches on the ring were completely gone! Not a trace of the scratches remained and the ring fit perfectly on me! The ring was actually sparkling! I never knew diamonds could be so beautiful! They taught me how to clean my ring so that it would stay sparkly and shiny. My mother was stunned when she saw the pieces. She said she never thought that the ring and the bracelet could look so wonderful! I have been going to Nick and Inna for several years now. I have bought a couple pieces from them as well! I have received so many compliments about them and I hope that one day they will become family heirlooms as well! I rarely take the earring that I bought from here off, yet they are in near perfect condition! Nicolles Jewelry Designs definitely does not settle for anything less than top quality. On their site, they claim: "We offer a full line of jewelry repair from the smallest repair to a full custom job. Ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, etc. All can be done in house with quick turn around time. " etc, and go into detail on all of the repairs they will do. What they don't say, is that they won't do any repairs on jewelry unless it was purchase from them, and will not do repairs on jewelry bought by the customer elsewhere. read more

I stumbled upon this little jewelry shop while visiting a friend in Front Royal. At a glance, it is very charming and beautifully decorated. The owners are very welcoming and kind and will treat you fantastically whether you purchase one of their pieces or not. They create beautiful unique pieces that will amaze you and the sapphire earrings I bought are still my favorite pair of earrings that I own. Their designs are unique and whenever my wife wears one of their pieces she feels as if she is wearing a piece of art. She is always complemented on both the quality and stunning design work that goes into each piece. They have a huge selection of high quality gem stones and diamonds, and have worked with us to design numerous pieces for special occasions. The best part of the shopping experience (at least for me) is being involved in the design process as well as the selection of gems that would best set off the design. Their prices are much more competitive than what you can expect to find in the Washington/Fairfax area at some of the more upscale stores that deal in mass produced design. Why give a loved one something that will be seen on someone else, when they can wear a one of a kind piece of art that has more bang for the buck and is truly unique? I was out on a tour of the mountains and came in after stopping for a coffee. I was looking for a specific style of earring in 14K and thought why not try a local store? I explained what I wanted and the women helping me asked questions and showed me several items until l we honed in on exactly what I wanted. I got just what I needed and was in and out in about 15 minutes. I call that great service.
