I write this review of Royal Restrooms to make three points. First and most important, wow. I have been inside a facility, portable and temporary, from this vendor more than once. There is a local non profit that uses them for their events. I took a photo. You would not have any idea, if you were blindfolded and led into the unit, that it is portable and temporary. You would be in a guest in somebody's home, a nice one. I run half marathons. I use porta potties all the time. I have never seen anything such as this at any event with huge numbers of attendees. That is too bad. This exudes class. That might seem odd to say about this specific type of amenity. You have to see it to believe it. I am sure the cost is not the same, but if you experience the luxury you likely would agree that there is not even a family resemblance between this offering and the typical unit. Second, I would like to praise event planners. They are the customer who would specify this vendor. I participate in many functions. I believe event planners are not appreciated enough. I'd like to remedy that. To put together a formal gathering is not easy at all. The better you are, the less anyone notices. So I want to take this opportunity say thanks. Third, I would like to point out how Yelp is for much more than restaurant reviews. I was chatting with a work friend. She had no idea that there was anything else on this platform. I have enjoyed posting remarks. I am glad that Yelp can be a repository for commentary on any business. I rely on it for recommendations. In my contributions, I hope to make the world a better place, if only through a note about high end lavatories. There is so much else in the world people disagree about. I booked Royal Restrooms for the weekend of my wedding and I was so happy with their services! The restrooms were dropped off right at the start of the window they gave me and they were extremely clean. Bryan was so friendly when dropping them off and giving us a walk through. He also serviced them in the middle of our three day rental which was great because we didn't need to do anything - he took care of everything. I connected with Stacy and Linda over email and they were both extremely helpful when I was making the decision of which trailer to rent. I would definitely recommend Royal Restrooms. Royal Restrooms are amazing! I had tried to book with two other companies who were so unresponsive. But Royal contacted me right away after I filled out their online form. When we were discussing the venue and needs, they emailed me right away and were patient as I confirmed details of the venue. Royal called me the day of drop off to give me a time. Our family has used this company for bathroom rentals for big private events on our property as the house is on septic and can't quite handle a big event like that. Most recently I booked them for my wedding. They were great to work with. Simple and straightforward process, good value for what we got. We rented a 2 stall bathroom for a 90 person wedding. Bathrooms were clean and worked great. Drop off and pickup was smooth, they even travelled a bit of a distance for the service. The employees were polite and friendly. My fiancée (now wife!) and I were looking for higher end portable restrooms for our micro-wedding and we are so happy we came across Royal Restrooms. They had many selections of high end portable restrooms and the pricing seemed very reasonable - especially since they had options of having generators and water tanks so that we really only needed to provide a parking space for the restroom trailer and nothing else. There was a small mixup with the delivery date, but Rob and Kristy at Royal Restrooms made it right and we were so happy and blessed that they did so. If you are like me and avoid public restrooms, especially portable potties..let me say that Royal Restrooms changed my perspective. I attended a party where they had one of their trailer: 1 men and 2 women doors. As I walked up the ramp, I opened the door to be delighted by a cozy ambiance and the sound of a movie playing on a flat screen! Then I noticed an orchid on the counter along with mints (or chocolates, not sure...I didn't take any but they had the company's logo on it). I was working on an event that needed two restrooms at the last minute. Literally got the request at 3pm on a Saturday and needed to have them first thing on Monday morning. Royal Restrooms were not only the only one to pick up their phone on a Saturday, but provided fast quotes, and phenomenal customer service. Didn't feel like a portable facility at all. Roomy and accommodating for all sorts of occasions. Felt like a real brick n' mortar restroom. Excellent appearance. It's always a little more complicated to plan a wedding at a house because you have to hire additional vendors and one of them being restrooms. My client was a little hesitant to rent one, but after it was dropped off he was very happy. The 2 bathroom stalls where in great condition and not once did we have an issue. The guests were very impressed and happy they where not your "ordinary blue game stalls".
