I've hired Niko's Plumbing several times to do minor plumbing repairs around the house. They are a two-brother team of Niko and Dima who are extremely responsive and transparent with different options in terms of price. I had relative minor fixes such as replacing a faulty kitchen faucet, fixing a toilet that seems to keep running and wasn't filling properly, and most recently fixing a leaking toilet which luckily requiring temporary removal and repairing the flange and wax seal. I only wished I called Niko earlier on this last job since the toilet leak from upstairs propagated downstairs and damaged the ceiling, cabinet, and side walls of our laundry room. Definitely recommend Niko's for plumbing repair and replacement of equipment. They can help you replace a toilet if you ever decide to upgrade. However, one job they won't do is bathtub removals to setup walk-in showers. Niko also recommended that we contact a water restoration service to fix the water-damaged laundry room. read more

I thought there was no chance that I would get someone to come out on Good Friday afternoon, but I saw all the positive reviews and figured I'd give it a try. I needed a new toilet installed. Maybe I just got super lucky, but was amazed that the first time I called, my call was answered and was told that they could come out the next day. Who does that? Amazed!! Then their employee, Alex, showed up exactly on time and was super serious about cleanliness inside my house. It was fun to watch to watch a person that was obviously proud of doing a good job. He cleaned the brand new toilet, top to bottom before declaring that he was done. He meticulously put a bead of silicone around the base at the floor. I'm always jealous of someone that caulks so well; my caulking jobs are always bulbous and inconsistent. What more can I say? My bathroom faucet was leaking where the handle sits on the countertop. I contacted Niko who asked me to send a short video of the problem and pictures of under the sink so he knows what to bring. Based on that, he gave a quote and a discount if I replaced both faucets. He told me what to buy exactly (just faucets) and what he would bring. On scheduled date, Dima came, took care of the work and did a great job. Unfortunately, one of the faucets started dripping a few days later. I took a video and sent to Niko who told me the cartridge is damaged and that he would replace them both for free (I had to change both so both the sinks have the same faucet). Dima came again, and in an hour or so, he swapped the damaged ones with new ones and said I could return as they were damaged goods. Amazing service.
