I took my son in for a haircut. He's a teenage boy, was a little past due for a haircut, and it was a hot day. He sat down and took off his hat. The next thing I knew, and before I had a chance to ask for him to have a wash, she made a face at another stylist in the shop, who also made a face and said, loud enough for both of us to hear "Yikes." I was able to hear him tell her he wanted a 3, 2 fade and she proceeded to do a 5 minute buzz cut. She also cut off his sideburns without asking. Come to find out, this was the OWNER of the shop. I'm surprised their online reviews are so good considering there were two stylists in the shop just sitting there on a Monday afternoon (no customers aside from us), and assume they won't be in business much longer if they continue to be this rude. I know we won't be back.

They use a device that I can only describe as something that has an ice cube at the end. In order for it to smoothly roll, they use gel and massage it gently over the contours of your face. I found it soothing and somewhat sleep inducing : ). They put a headband and towel around your face and neck in order to reduce the amount of gel that may onto those areas, but I do think it's kind of hard to avoid it completely. Purpose of the cryo is to reduce fine lines, aging and create some lift. However, I do believe you have to do it more than once to see any results. The pricing is similar to others I had researched in the area.

She is young and is building her client base but don't let that scare you. She is sweet, bubbly and adorable. Another stylist gave her some tips on how to do my hair which was fine and I loved that they were looking out for each other. She's mindful of my natural wave and cowlicks to cut my layers in a way that they flow and cooperate for me. She's willing to add fun colors and razor texture super choppy layers.
