Do not buy their cheap package! That's exactly what it is. They say everything is included but put you in the worst hotels (Ramada) and then make you go to a 4 hour timeshare presentation in the middle of the day so you can't make any plans to do anything else. The actual cruise is decent at best but I would be much happier paying for a nice cruise. I would rather know what I'm getting myself into. DO NOT BUY!!! They postponed our trip due to storms, which is fine. But then they told us we could postpone it for the following year. When we called to re-schedule, they said our cruise had expired the year before. I guess they forgot to extend the timeline in their system! Now I am stuck on the phone with them, getting transferred around in circles. Nobody can seem to help me. I've been disconnected three times now. Now I have to call back and start the process AGAIN. Worst company EVER!!! Please do not buy. It's companies like these that need to die off. They have forgotten about their customers and are now trying to screw me out of $1000. Worst buy of my life. Please, do not buy. I was just informed that in the past few months they "changed their company policy" and no longer extend the timeline. They get no stars!!! This company just ripped me off for $900. I bought the package a year ago. We were scheduled to go in July but due to fiance starting a new job we are unable to make it. When I called to get a refund they told me we had to either take the cruise or write to compliance department. They may give money back or not. So they out here taking people money and saying it's their policy. But yet sent me an email explaining how to cancel to receive refund. But when I called I was treated with disrespect. If I could give them 0 (zero) stars I would. My family bought three cruise packages $1500 EACH for a 10 day vacation. 2 days in Fort Lauderdale, 1 day cruise to the Bahamas, 4 days in the Bahamas, 1 day cruise back to Ft. Lauderdale, then we drove up to Orlando, FL and stayed there for 2 days. We were told it was all inclusive, it was not! We had to pay all taxes for food and hotels, had to pay for parking our vehicle while on the cruise, then they didn't even put our reservation under my husband and I's name (even though the confirmation email had our names on the reservation), they put one reservation under my grandmothers name and the other 2 reservations under my parents name. So every time we tried to check in anywhere (hotel, cruise ship, meal vouchers, etc.) it took forever bc we had to constantly tell them 3 different names for them to find us in the system. The hotel in Ft. Lauderdale was supposed to be a Ramada but it was apparently bought out by Plaza Hotel. It was in the ghetto the building was literally falling apart, drug dealers all around and in the place, and the water that came out of every faucet was YELLOW!! The itinerary has no addresses except for one hotel but even that address took us to the wrong location (20 mins from the actual hotel) so we did a lot of turning around and going to the wrong places and wasted A LOT of gas from driving around aimlessly! Also, once we arrived in the Bahamas, we had to be off the ship by 10:30am but we couldn't check into our hotel until 3:00pm!! We had our 1 year old son with us and it was extremely hot outside so it made for a very miserable few hours. The same thing happened when we got back to FL, off the ship by 10:30am then a 2.5 hr drive to Orlando, arrived in Orlando by 1pm but can't check in until 3pm! Very frustrating!! Then when we went to get the meal vouchers they only gave us 2 sets (enough for 4 people) but we had 6 people/3 packages. And of course the company RSC is not open on Sundays so we had to pay for our food out of pocket for today and we will have to wait until after breakfast tomorrow to call them since they don't even open until 9am. Very frustrated and I will NEVER book through RSC again! read more

The worst cruise ever. Hell is 100 percent better. They tell all lies from beginning to end. You'll end up paying more that if you were on a real cruise. I paid $1400 and had to pay for my food and hotel stay even though I paid them $1400. I was forced to go to a presentation and had to pay my own way to go there. If I didn't go they would not have given me the vouchers to go on the cruise. They told me it was a twelve days cruise but I only took the cruise two nights. One night going to the Bahamas and one night from the Bahamas. The other 10 days they put me in cheap hotel. Nothing to do at the hotels they put you in. TRIP FROM HELL!!!!! read more

SMELL SCAM! Called to get a prescription filled & got transferred to these yahoos. $65 for 3 day bahama cruise ....just pay deposit now. Luckily I didnt trust it even tho i had him send me email confirmation. Anyone can send a fake one these days. So I said "sorry...I just dont trust this". I keep getting harassing phone calls offering a cruise up to 12 a day on these calls called customer service was the worst customer service I have ever received I receive better service in a gas station I would never recommend this Cruise Line to anyone not once during my complaint was I even asked my name but I was talked over quite a bit and also placed on not quite silent but I can hear the Trash Talk Amongst the employees about the phone call very very poor customer service read more

This is the first cruise I have booked and it WILL be the last I book from Royal Seas. My husband and I just started our trip a couple days ago. We showed up to get our meal vouchers (they didn't give us enough to cover all the meals even though they promised all meals were covered), and then we found out we had to attend a timeshare presentation the next morning, or our entire trip would have to be forfeited. We had already made plans that we had to cancel for that morning and we didn't have transportation to get there. So that was a hassle. And that's just the start of the issues we have run into so far. Scam*scam*scam....the agent told me that to make the sale, he would upgrade me to a cabin with a balcony (that he had even been authorized to do so by his supervisor)...Once I was transferred to verification, they said, no you only get an inside cabin unless you upgrade. Very disappointed in this company. In February last year I bought two nights for myself and my wife, I made the payment of another $ 159.00 on 06/29/2017 to include my daughter in the room and I booked the Cruise for November. They contacted me canceling the cruise because of the hurricane and informed me that I would have to contact them again to rebook the reservation. It happens that I lost my reservation number and when contacting them, in addition to leaving us 30 minutes waiting, they say they can not locate me by name. about royal seas cruises and times share experience i got. well. i got in to booking one , I was not told about cancellation .I was told log in and review my account.if i was told i have 3 days to do so, i would done and cancelled . now i called to book. trying to push me additional $300.00 $ charges, to get better view in ship which is traveling during night and i am not staying in room to watch tv lol. Also they said, i get standard hotel which sound scary but with up charges i get to go in resort. In mean time i got go through pushy time share sales . So I get a call, from a local (northwest, AR) number, someone starts to speak but we get disconnected. I called the number back, and got someone on the other end telling me I won a free cruise. They wanted to give me a cruise and have me review it to get advertising for them. I asked what the catch was, and what would I have to pay, because we all know it's not "free". I was told I would need to pay $65 per person in port fees.. OK not bad, and the person (who was very well spoken) just needed to verify that I qualify. First question he asked was if I was over 21, yes, no problem there. I don't remember the second question but of course I qualified, so now I was to be transferred to a booking specialist.... I get the "Booking Specialist", who is not so well spoken. He says he needs to verify some things, and then told me I need to be over 25. So right away I catches my attention that even though it's a trivial thing, I've already been told one thing by one person, and another thing by another. I told the guy that the last person said I had to be over 21 not 25. But as I am actually over 25 I was told it wasn't a big deal. At this point I ask for the name of the company again. I couldn't understand the man, I thought he was saying world sea cruises, but then I had him spell it. I whipped out the trusty search engine while he talked. He then asked me when was the last time I took a cruise. I answered him, (oh wow, a quick search on their name, and well, it doesn't look good) he then asked when was the last time I took a vacation. I (while reading yelp reviews) answer him... He then ask me again When was the last time you took a cruise, What?? I just answered that. Oh yeah you did was his reply. Then he goes on reading his script. He asked me if I could get myself down to FL to catch the ship, I said "maybe" (I actually wasn't paying attention at this point, I am to enthralled by others reviews) His answer was, well yes, or maybe? I said maybe. Then I told him, I looked you guys up and it looks like your company has a lot of bad reviews. His answer was "We are not even members of the BBB".... Hmmmm, I didn't even look there, maybe I should check it out. I did not though, at that point I already knew this wasn't something I was going to bite on. So I told him, well actually yall have a lot of bad reviews on Yelp. His answer was, well we send millions of people on cruises and of course there are going to be some people unhappy. I told him I understood that, and people are more likely to write out a complaint than a compliment but, it has been my experience that yelp reviews are usually pretty accurate. He then I guess, thought he would school me in how Yelp worked. He started off with, well you have to pay be on Yelp..... Nope, nope, nope. I interrupted him, I said that is not correct. He started to argue with me, I informed him again that is not correct, it is a lie and I know this for sure because I am business owner, and my business is on Yelp. At this point I decided not to waste anymore of either of our time. I told him that I was no longer interested in doing business with them and hung up.
