When the steam stopped after around 15 minutes, no one came to get me or check on me. I sat there for another 10 minutes and then peaked my head out until I caught someone's attention then I was led to the jacuzzi (see below) * Organic serum scalp massage...she rubbed the parameter of my scalp 3 times * Hot towel * One hour full body aroma therapy massage...again NO aromatherapy, it was more of "rub" than a massage, she never asked about pressure, injuries or focus areas, when she was done she simply said "all done" and walked out of the room. * A relaxing soak in our hot tub Jacuzzi *...when I was led to the room she just pointed and said "go"...when she closed the door it locked from the outside and she knocked on the door, so I had to get out the jacuzzi to open it for her and then she left it ajar so she wouldn't get locked out again. * Ionic Detoxification foot soak...definitely NOT what this was, it was simply a bucket of hot water. * 30 min foot reflexology with lavender salt foot scrub...plain lotion used * A soothing herbal melody tea, creating a tranquil and calming treat * Take home healing beads bracelet...at this point I was not interested * Complimentary glass of wine or champagne **--tasted like bitter cider There were signs that said "quiet" but during my entire visit there was a lot of banging and loud chatter between employees. When I was done I was told to "go" again and the employee pointed to the changing room, after about 5 minutes an employee came in the see if I was ready to go and I was still getting dressed and when she left, the door was once again left ajar. When it came time to pay I pulled out my AMEX card and the guy told me the machine does not take that card. I asked him what if this is the only card I have and he just stared at me. Thank God, I had another card to use but I honestly didn't wanna pay anything. I have been to plenty of spas and had many packages but this was the worst experience ever.

I have some long term sports injuries/traumas that have hardened up in my older age (thanks to my invincible younger self!) and her ability to dig in to those as deeply as they need without anything snapping back through the movements is testament to how well she understands pressure modulation and control of the body. I've probably gone a total of 4x and always get him, and he's very professional, somehow knows the spots to iron out, and I always come out feeling incredibly refreshed. Best part is the head massage he does, that little puts me to sleep. Lol. The last time I went, I added cupping, which I had never done before. I was looking to detox and get my blood circulating after a trip to Vegas and it was a different experience!
