I ended up walking down the aisle with it already coming apart. I was holding back tears, stressed, and late to my own ceremony. My mom's makeup didn't even begin until after 10:00 a.m., was done in about 10-15 minutes, and we were charged full price. When I later asked for a 50% refund, Leslie made excuses. Blaming timing "estimates" on her website, my hair type, and even saying I should have spoken up in the moment (which wasn't possible since we were already late). This was one of the most important days of my life, and instead of feeling confident and cared for, I felt rushed, disappointed, and unprepared. I wish I would've did a little bit more digging because this was not the first time she was late and made excuses. Unacceptable! Unprofessional!

When I arrived, hiding my hair under a hat, I was desperate for a complete overhaul. She worked her magic with a blonde foil and pixie cut, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I have continued to use her since and I intend on keeping her as long as I am living in San Antonio. I was so impressed by her that I sent my boyfriend to her to get his hair done. He has really thick, curly hair, and has not had an easy time finding anyone who can cut and style his hair the way that he likes. With Chibbi, there's always a light atmosphere and a feeling I'm in good hands. He's very light-handed -- he takes skin care very seriously, so you don't have to worry about him dragging his brushes along and causing you pain. He's also a great teacher. If you have any questions about technique or products he's using on you, he can answer confidently in detail.
