Kim was absolutely incredible! Even my bridesmaids and family who also had their makeup done were very pleased. I wasn't a big fan of full falsies after my trial, and Kim brought me options and made sure I was happy with my lashes for my wedding day. She has a great way of finding out what someone likes about a look, and bringing that look to life. She was having car troubles the morning of my wedding, and that had me scared for a second!! But she ultimately made it, completed all the looks, and with time to spare. However, hair was not the same completely positive experience. I was happy with my hair as the bride, but unfortunately a lot of my bridesmaids hair was already falling after just being done. Some voiced their concerns, but our hair stylist ultimately was not receptive, and honestly seemed kind of annoyed with them. She packed up without offering touch ups and the girls were fixing each other's hair. We didn't even realize she'd left without covering netting from hair that had fallen, as I was actually in the makeup chair. I'm sure that it gets annoying with people asking for hairstyles that don't work with their hair, or expecting you to make it perfect, but people are paying a lot of money and know they'll be photographed. I think this stylist could go a long way just learning to politely redirect people if they're requesting a style that won't work with their hair. Most people aren't experts, and just want to look pretty and have a style that will last! None of my bridesmaids are picky or rude girls. Ultimately we were able to fix the styles that had fallen, re-curl, and re-spray. So, I'd say that all in all this was a very small negative part of a fantastic day, but obviously when you're paying $$$ for a wedding service and not being unreasonable- you expect a certain level of professionalism and attention to detail. Viva la glam promised that this work ethic would be extended to the bridal party- not just the bride- which was part of why I was initially inclined to book. I am hoping it was just an oversight/ off day for that stylist. I want to end on another positive note and say that Danielle was fabulous to work with and very professional! She was easy to contact and very responsive.

She suggested traditional make up to get more coverage so I showed her my inspiration on Pinterest and she got to work! She was super friendly and talkative and I loved the overall experience. She was really good about answering all my questions too. You can see in the photos that she's very skilled at making you photo ready but natural looking, which was really important to me. I wasn't a fan of the eyelashes because my right eye kept tearing up badly, even hours afterward. She used super high quality, natural eyelashes, I just think my eye freaks out over stuff like that. I also think if I did it again I would have my make up done a couple hours before photos instead of right before. I noticed that my first couple of photos looked super heavy, but then it absorbed in and looked amazing. Great learning experience and amazing experience overall!

I reached out, literally, because she was the closest to me. Boy, did we luck out with this one! Ashley did my daughter's hair and Ruth did her make up. My daughter's hair does not hold curls well, but they held up ALL NIGHT (she still has some waves 2 days later!). Her make up was gorgeous and withstood plenty of tears and hours of dancing. My only regret: not booking her for MY hair and makeup! We are extremely happy and will definitely be back for future events!

I think this company is crooked. They took my wedding deposit in January after my clearly…read morecommunicating that the amount of wedding services was not defined. They added services to the contract that I had not yet confirmed and when 50+ days out from the wedding I gave them confirmation, they said I could not make changes to the contract and that I would be on the hook for the cash regardless of services being provided. The $250 "deposit" is not a deposit and does not go towards your total cost... it's just an extra fee they slap on for funzies. Additionally, they demanded a 25% gratuity be paid 1 month prior to services being performed. On top of this, the contract was written TERRIBLY and in no way shape or form protects the client. In fact, it explicitly states that even if they choose not to show up and perform services, the client is on the hook for paying the full amount. To top it all off, I tried to get Ruth (the stylist) on the phone from January to May. She never even attempted a phone call and then upon my canceling her services, though it was ethical to keep my deposit. So, I paid $250 dollars for zero time spent on me and zero customer service provided. Companies that conduct business like this disgust me. There are thousands of other hairstylists that provide wonderful customer service and flexibility, especially for weddings. As we all know, weddings are stressful enough. Go with a hairstylist that understands this, not Ruth, not Lily Flower. UPDATE: after leaving several reviews for Lily Flower, they began to dispute my reviews to further hide their crookedness. She also did all 4 of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my new mother in laws make up for $35.00 each. I don't think i could have found a better deal anywhere. It was the little things she did that really topped it off for me. Before she left for the day she left me with several touch up samplers, not that i needed them. My make up was bomb proof! I also had a small tattoo on shoulder that she was able to cover up for me, that service was also included in my total package. She gave me 10% off my total since i was marrying a military man. Yay for military discounts! Overall I was really pleased with my look and my entire bridal parties look as well, i'd recommend her to anyone!
