The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was.
