Haven't visited in many years, but glad a friend suggested dinner here. Friendly staff, prompt service, generous portions. Pad Thai is always my go to order, was tasty!

I discovered Royal Thai last year and wish I found it sooner. First of all they have a very large gluten free menu that is all very delicious, second their prices are very reasonable. We always order at least 3 dishes to split. Today I got my order to go and everything was delicious. Both servers and the people who take the orders over the phone are very knowledgeable about celiac's and gluten free options. I honestly ordered Togo from Royal Thai more often than I didn't in but the restaurant is always clean and the food always comes out fast. Tonight we go Tofu Pad Thai, Red chicken curry, Chicken Satay's, and Vegetable Deluxe we got everything hot or Thai hot.

Can't believe this is our first time here. Passed by it so many times but never stopped by. So glad we did today! We loved everything. It was super cute inside, hostess and servers were super polite, food was DELICIOUS and came out so quickly. Our drinks were never left empty and we were checked up on a couple of times. We really enjoyed our dinner tonight! Only took pics of my own food bc the hubs starts eating immediately when he gets his food. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

I remember going to Royal Thai as a teenager, and now, fast forward to my mid-40s, this place is still a hit! I can't recall exactly what I ordered back then, but I do remember the amazing variety of sauces they offered--and they still do! My wife and I shared crispy spring rolls ($4.95), Thai steak salad ($13.95), and Pad Gaprow ($13.95) with Jasmine rice, paired with refreshing Thai tea. Every dish was exceptional! I even requested the sauces for nostalgia, and they were happy to provide them for free. The service was pretty good. Royal Thai has been around since 1997, and now I know why. The food quality is unmatched, and the ambiance and décor perfectly complement the experience. This is, without a doubt, my favorite Thai spot. Highly recommend!

MY FAVORITE THAI FOOD IN THE AREA!! Their pad Thai has the most amazing tangy sweet sauce, and it's never dry. The portion sizes are abundant, the service is great and the prices are some of the lowest I've seen.

After a long day, I stumbled upon this Thai place that was close by. The service here was phenomenal. Our server had a great list of recommendations and was very accommodating. Any of the dishes on the menu can be altered to your preferred spice tolerance. I wasn't feeling bold that day, so I went for a medium. I ordered the Woosen noodles (which come with rice), and my friend ordered the Drunken Noodles. The server and host recommended it but I wanted to experiment. My dish was bland, and the rice did not pair well. My friend's dish though was great. The Drunken noodles were very flavorful. The salad paired well with it. Though my dish wasn't my favorite, I know that there are other dishes that are great.

This is my go to Thai spot in East Orlando. The food is delicious, and priced great for the portion size. The toong thong is a great appetizer to start with, it has great flavor and easily my favorite. For the main dishes, we ordered the panag curry w/ chicken and the red curry w/ chicken. Both are delicious and are what I often order when coming here. The service is always quick and the servers are friendly and attentive. The inside seating area isn't too big, but that's mostly because majority of people order take out. It's still a good spot to dine in.

I eat here 2-3 days per week. The food is amazing, the service is fast and friendly, prices are low and serving sizes are generous. MY FAVORITE Highly recommend.

This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the area! I have been coming here for almost 20 years and they have been consistently delicious each and every time! I'm a pad Thai enthusiast so I stick to that and it's so good! All of the proteins are good! The spring rolls were tasty and fresh!! The atmosphere is typical for a home in the wall Thai restaurant and is cozy and traditional. The service is consistently great, friendly and fast so perfect for a business or casual meal! Highly recommend!

This Thai is about as royal as Meghan Markel. It's not bad but it's definitely not the best Thai in Orlando. Ok is 3 stars, I just wasn't taken away to Thailand by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly, Pei Wei has better drunken noodles than this place. C'mon man, a counter service fast casual joint next to a Target serving better Drunken Noods! The protein portions are rather small in comparison too. The noodles were all stuck together and again, barely any flavor. The medium did have a nice spice though. The Pad Thai was good but we still like Siam Garden on 50 better. I'm sure it's a preference based on taste. It's like judging the best Lasagna. They're all so different. The Pad Gra Pow was decent too, but you have to dip into the spices to add extra flavor. The rice portion was good, but again, they're light on the meat. The staff is friendly but when you're in that tiny hallway (where we were seated both times), I think they forget about you. Water refills are a challenge. I gave it a chance... twice... and probably won't be back.

We were visiting Orlando on Christmas Eve, and of course, a stop at our favorite spot was non-negotiable. Over the years, they've remained consistently exceptional in quality, flavor, and service. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Nothing has changed in the last 15 years and honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way. We were seated immediately, and as always, the service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I always start with the cucumber salad, the Thai chili dressing is absolutely incredible. My all-time favorite dish remains the Crazy Meat, which is hands down the best red curry you'll ever have. It's served with a perfectly fluffy portion of rice shaped like a heart, and the broth truly warms the soul. My husband usually orders the fried rice, but this time he tried the Pad Penang. It's similar to my dish, with a thicker, richer sauce rather than a soup-like broth. He loved it so much that he already plans to order extra sauce next time. For our kids, the waitress confidently recommended fried chicken and rice. I didn't even realize this was an option since there's no kids' menu, but this was some of the best fried chicken we've ever had. The kids devoured it, and we may have snuck a few pieces ourselves because it was just that good. If you're looking for unforgettable Thai food, this is the place. We'll keep coming back year after year, and it will always be our favorite.

The service was great had a lovely waitress who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Started with the krabragoons which hardly had any filling and not very tasty but the dipping sauce that comes with it helped. My usual go to is yellow curry but this yellow curry was done differently, it lacked flavor and the veg options inside the dish was also different from what I'm accustom to. The chicken pad Thai was ok missed the crushed peanuts on top & lacked sauce. The portions were great and we finished our dishes but unfortunately we won't be back.

Like a soup or stew that tastes better the next day after, my "Salmon Glory" was pretty amazing. I had submerged the overdone fish in the sauce which helped. ______ This lovely restaurant is worth visiting, although my review may seem like I am suggesting the opposite. Thai Thani took my breath away with the incredible decor reflecting the culture and spirit of Thailand. It is worth visiting for the visual experience alone. The staff are super attentive and helpful. The food is why I rated them a 3. I truly enjoy Thai food and I seek out Thai cuisine wherever I go. There was a lack of flavor in everything other than the Tom Kha Gai. The soup was thicker than I have experience in the past and the chicken in it had no flavor. The soup was so good, that it overcame the bland chicken. Usually, when I visit a Thai restaurant, I will order Massaman or Panang curry with tofu, veggie potstickers, and soup. In this case, I ordered a special salmon dish on the menu and I received an overdone fish with a bland sauce. Perhaps the Massaman curry would have been as flavorful as the soup. I am happy I came because just sitting there is an event, but I wish all parts of my 3-part meal were as incredible as the ambiance. Should you go? Yes. I recommend asking for spice. Perhaps they cater to their normal clientele who cannot handle any spice - like zero spice. The Tom Kha Gai suggests that they can bring the flavor. Maybe ask for the dishes other reviewers have loved.

We arrived without reservations and were seated promptly. We began with the Tom Kha Gai soup, which had lovely flavor, though it arrived lukewarm rather than hot, which was a little disappointing. For our entrées, we ordered the curry roast duck and the Pad See Ew each were flavorful and satisfying, with well-balanced Thai seasoning. The true star of the night was the mango sticky rice dessert. It was absolutely outstanding and easily one of the best I've ever had!
