I did $150 detail package and when I came to pick up my car my center console was not vacuumed or wiped down (had crumbs and few syrup marks), under the seats there was trash, in my doors I had trash, my trunk was not vacuumed at all. When I had brought those items to the attention on the person handing me the car he took care of the center counsel and trunk and even then trunk was not done properly. I initially had reviews this company and gave it a poor review. That was because the work that was performed was not what I felt at a consumer to be above reproach. I have a 2023 VW ID4 and apparently this is an extremely difficult vehicle to perform the window tint on and takes an experienced journeyman or an expert to perform. The technicians who did the window tint install did have the technical experience to appropriately install the tint as one would expect and after the install, I had left a very harsh review. The owner Chris happened to be out of the country but upon hearing of the situation reached out to me personally to apologize and asked for the opportunity to make it right. So 4 days after the original install, I took it back where Chris himself did the install. According to him the ID4's are challenging but he was able to do the install and it looked terrific. I am a huge proponent of Customer Service and I do believe it is becoming an lost art but Chis takes pride in his work and his business and was successful in fixing the problem and making it right. He was 15 min late to our appt and our wait was longer than expected because there was some confusion, but they accommodated us and it was around 4ish hours. We also had the back window done, which made it take longer. They have a couch there and Netflix set up so we were able to watch a movie.
