I explained calmly that the young lady didn't do what asked and the boss said I could leave and didn't have to pay. Good! It wasn't worth the money. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. What stood out most was that a woman who appeared to be a manager walked past me multiple times without any acknowledgment. Leadership sets the tone, and the overall customer service reflected that.
