Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing from the start. As I entered, another customer let the door close behind them despite knowing I was right behind them. Once inside, that same customer was immediately acknowledged by an employee at the front, while I was completely ignored. Throughout the store, no one checked in or offered assistance--I had to seek help myself. What stood out most was that a woman who appeared to be a manager walked past me multiple times without any acknowledgment. Leadership sets the tone, and the overall customer service reflected that. The one bright spot was my cashier, Ronnita (R-O-N-N-I-T-A). She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made me feel valued as a customer and was the only saving grace of my visit. read more

Store is clean and the stuff I did look at was organized. I went in for something specific and it wasn't part of the sales. So I will wait to come back but they do have a promotion going on if you decide to order online and pickup in store or outside. read more

The staff here is amazing! The store is always pristine and i love it! I can always find someone to answer my questions and show me where something is, if i can't find it myself. The layout is done well, and i don't find myself getting lost like in the Woodbridge location. One of the managers, Shane, has been a big help in the prestige area. She seems to know everything there is to know about the makeup and skincare on that side. I have gotten fabulous recommendations from her as well as other employees. There's not usually a wait to get in, but it's also not too crowded either! Thats two extra pluses for them! read more

I got a haircut here in December by Brittanie Myrick and it was very uneven. She had cut my hair in September and it was good, but I decided I wanted to go shorter. It's upsetting that she let me get out of her chair with my hair looking like that. I wouldn't recommend her if you want short hair. read more

It is not a shocker that anytime you come into this establishment, every single employee is too busy to help you find a product due to their side conversations being more important than helping a paying customer. Every time that I come to this establishment, it gets worse and worse. I am ignored. Getting stared at by the employees and walk bys (I'm assuming by the manager on duty) within isles. The workers here have no real knowledge of makeup itself but busy wanting to catch the next thief. Do better, ladies! There is one employee that I can vouch for and say that is very helpful and has genuine interest in helping you find the products you need! She is a on the shorter side and is a Licensed Esthetician!!! We need more like her. read more

I went there one time and quite frankly it will be my last. I went to pickup an online order and stood in line for a while. One of the cashiers walked away while I was still in line so I waited for the only person on the register to finish. To make a long story short, she told me to wait for someone else to help me because she could not get my online order. She had no customers and said their was a certain person who had to do it , so she said she called for them. While standing near her waiting, while she was doing nothing behind the register, someone called her and told her to get my order. She claimed she didn't know she could get it for me but I did not believe her. She was clearly trying to get out of work, and got caught lying. I waited an extra 10 minutes when I could have been helped that initial moment. Whatever I need I'll just go down the street to Sephora from now on. read more

I had scheduled a root touch up appointment which was inconveniently canceled at the last minute when I had already arrived in store. What made matters worse was that the Manager showed no concern and simply stated her employee wasn't feeling well and she couldn't force her to work. I said that's fine but I should have been given a prior notice but again the manager, Shane was extremely rude and actually said she is done having this conversation. This is not how anyone deserves to be treated.... So much for customer service! read more

There is always a first and last time for everything! I have always loved shopping at Ulta! Until now! I purchased an item from Ulta online and patiently waited for it to be delivered. Guess what? Never came! Contacted Ulta and they said, well Lasership said it was delivered. I have security cameras that cover from the front door to the street and no package was delivered. I asked for documentation, ie signature or picture, something and all they want to do is give you the run-around. Sadly, their physical store in my area has only been open less than 6 months and if their stores' customer service is as bad as their online customer service, it will not last long around here! I went into this Ulta salon on 2/9/2022 to treat myself to a texture wave perm for my birthday. My stylist was Brittany. She was really nice as i came into the salon really happy. What I thought was gonna turn out amazing ended up in a total nightmare. During our initial consultation she looked at my hair and while I showed her a few pictures of the type of look i was looking for she said no problem i can do that. What i got was my hair fried and ruined and so now i have to go to another salon to try and repair the damage this lady caused to my hair. I was issued a refund which was the first thing they did right but i felt they should of compensated me further by fixing the damage they did or offer me at home treatments i can take home i mean something. Speaking to the services manager Shane was no help either. We spoke on the phone multiple times so she could reach out to her educator to find out what could have happened. Well first thing your stylist should know by the looking at the condition of my hair to tell me if it should take a perm fine or not. Y'all are responsible for my hair and your lucky i've chosen not to sue you for the months and months it's going to take to get my hair healthy again . I walked out of the salon looking like a lion because my hair was destroyed. Your level of customer service is pitiful.
