Lavender milk tea with black pearls and herbal jelly. (Recommend to not get any toppings)
    Lisa D.

Finally made it in to try their drinks and got the lavender milk tea with black pearl and herbal jelly. While the tea was amazingly good, the black pearl was not soft and chewy. It was either old or way undercooked. The herbal jelly was disgusting. It was not soft like the ones I usually get somewhere else and it was overly sweet and tasted weird, not herbal. I would come back and drink their milk teas again but would not get any toppings. And for $0.83 each toppings you do get a good amount of black pearls and I got 3 inch size herbal jelly. The barista that made my drink was training someone and she was very thorough and very knowledgeable on how to make drinks and I appreciate her attention to the little details. Like mixing my drink twice with a spoon because of the grittiness and putting it in the mixing machine twice to make sure it's mixed well.

Oh my gawwwwddd by far the best bona avocado smoothie i've ever had at any boba place. I've been to their franchise in Orlando and really enjoyed their drinks so was hoping I'd have the same experience here in Colorado Springs. This location was just as good if not better since they have more menu options, including my favorite ~ the avocado smoothie. The lady who took my order and made my drink was super friendly and helpful. Great service and cute ambiance!

I am girl from Bay Area who has a big boba addiction. Every time I'm in a new place I am always on the hunt for good boba ! Relocated to Colorado for a new months. This definitely hit the spot for me! Very comparable to boba places in the Bay Area. Got 2 drinks: -Black tiger pearl brûlée milk tea: has torched sugar on the top, cheese cream and then boba milk tea. -Golden Mango Passion fruit pineapple green tea : has small pieces of fruit, tartness of passion fruit balances out the sweet. Super refreshing. Boba is super soft, chewy and sweet! Another plus, they had a few games there so I imagine it was be a good place to hang out at. The best boba place in Colorado Springs I've tried.

I just got cake cream oreo milk tea and it taste like gasoline. what's in this boba tea? Just waste my money. I never go back to this place again

"strawberry smoothie boba" supposed be mango

ordered a "mango smoothie with boba" and got this? A strawberry smoothie. We brought forth this error and they insisted we ordered this. We took a look at the label to see if we did in fact order the strawberry one and the label was ripped. Coincidentally the label was ripped where it was supposed to say "mango". We got gaslight into thinking we ordered a strawberry smoothie when in fact I know I ordered a mango smoothie. I'm appalled no action was taken.

As a girl from Guam with a super high Asian influence blended into our culture, this boba cafe is spot on!! We know good boba tea when we try it. Trust me. Im new to Colorado Springs and have only tried one place which was Teapioca before RoyalTea. Heads up, don't waste your time anywhere else besides here at RoyalTea seriously!! We ordered the Black Tiger pearl brûlée milk tea, oolong milk tea & thai milk tea. All 3 of our drinks were sooo good and as im writing this review, my little sis begs me to take her back rn my siblings and I loooove a good boba milk tea so much so this place was amazing. The staff were very friendly and made our drinks quickly! Plus they were wearing masks! Prices are good, pretty typical. They also have stamp cards which is awesome cause we'll be back a bunch!!! Update *** 7/11/21 I went again with my sisters before closing! They loved the Thai milk tea boba the first time so they got it again and this time we tried 2 new flavors taro & matcha milk tea both with boba is sooo yummy!!! 10/10 recommend

First boba place I've been to since I moved to Colorado Springs and it'll be the only place I go from now on. AMAZING.! Great price and amazing service. The girl at the register was so nice. Me and my boyfriend had no idea what we wanted and asked for recommendations. She did great.! I'll definitely be back.! For a late night last minute thing it was a great idea.

So many options! Very friendly staff. They offer a lot of options if you enjoy bubble tea. This is a great spot to check out. Love that it's on the east side of Colorado Springs!

They were really good and not so sweet like most places so you taste more of the tea taste. Also the menu has wide variety of drink options. I recommend and would return for more next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

We tried there drinks several times.our grandkids love it

I highly recommend the Desert Sage - it's blue but turns purple with lemon juice. How neat! The tea room was medium-sized. It had a cute and charming Victorian ambiance. They had lots of tea party hats to dress up. So fun! I'm taking a star off because of The Queen's Parlour's PRICING and the design of their service routine. There is a $10 per person difference between the Light Victorian Tea ($35 pp) and High Tea ($45 pp). For an extra $10 pp, you basically get a fruit cup and a second pot of tea (different flavor). The service was impersonal with being served in sequence, so you hear the same spiel table after table introducing each course. It felt very factory-like. There was only one server for the majority of our visit, and she definitely did her best with how the tea service is done here. Again, the food was very good and flavorful. I would return again if a visiting friend or family member wanted to experience the tea room here. I would just opt for the Light Victorian Tea. We did tour the castle after tea and visit the gift shop. Everyone who worked at the castle was very pleasant to interact with.

The place was POPPING on Friday evening with a long line so I didn't linger but I came back on sat in the AM and it was quiet. If you order tea they do have sweeteners available (monk fruit actually, I had not seen that before!), but they don't do lattes and things of that nature. I was having a stomach ache from eating too much sugar that morning and I got a cup of their peony honeydew tea which I think is new (it was on display when I came in). They prepare the tea bag for you and heat the kettle then you add water and steep your own tea. The flavor was GORGEOUS, I was very very tempted to buy a bag of tea ($12 each I believe) but I had already bought way too much and was trying to travel light - so maybe next time. The cup of tea was $3.50, and it settled my stomach very quickly. The worker who prepped my tea was also super sweet and nice to talk to! And in addition to tea, they did seem to have some other small, gift-y items. I saw a sign advertising afternoon tea as well, and they have large communal tables that invite you to sit and have your tea and study or work or read or just hang around. Overall it's a good thing this tea shop isn't in Austin because I would spend too much money here... it's got such an excellent vibe, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend a drop in to anyone who even remotely likes tea while you're visiting CO springs. It's an absolute gem of a shop :)

You have to make a reservation online at a certain time and they have a set number of times for that. However I did learn you can pop in anytime for a cup of tea which is nice. I was impressed by the service and quickness is response. I had to make some modifications to my reservation and dietary needs and I was pleased by how helpful and quick they were. I love that you can literally pick any of their teas that they sell for your choice of tea (except for some pre-mixed ones). They have a whole section that's caffeine free too. Food wise it was very good. I honestly don't remember everything that came with. We had some chicken salad sandwiches, cucumber with cream cheese (classic British). The scone was very good and some of the desserts were amazing! The mango mousse we had was not great in my opinion but other than that I was happy. This is just a small thing but just wished they have milk to add to the tea. They only serve half and half but I like the classic British experience so that is my only issue/suggestion. But overall I would go back for sure!
