The team did great in installing everything and being tidy. The only downfall was that we were scheduled for 3 days but they left early Sunday and pushed it out until Monday-Tuesday. So it lasted a bit longer, and we had to rearrange our schedule. So make sure you take a few days extra just in case, if not at the very least to just enjoy the floors. Installed carpet over time became sagging and began to roll and pucker. It took 3 calls to the Middletown store to get help, each time they promised a call back, nothing! Finally someone got back to me via email, no phone calls. They charged me $125 for the service guy to come out and inspect, he was in the house about 5 minutes. After I followed up 2 times, a proposal was sent via e mail, again no phone call. They wanted over $1000 to fix their own work! Needless to say I didn't accept their proposal. Very disappointing process and result. STAY AWAY.
